Costa Coffee in Salford

Costa is a great store, didn't appreciate the coffee barrister making our latte with semi skinned milk, thought oh be ran out of semi skimmed, ooooh no he was just been lazy as when my partner went to ask for a dash of whole milk to dilute the coffee down there it was on the side of his work station. Something to relay back to store lowry outlet

Taste was not as good as expected. Don't happy with price too. It might be good for others but I didn't like it's tasteless flavour.

Great vanilla and coconut latte as always. Great service. Freebie as well as the till went down. Bonus. 😁

It was clean which is important today. The cleaner walked around checking tables. My only issue was the queuing which seemed a long time. Not sure how many people work on the coffee machine or if today was slower than usual but it took time to get your order. The staff are friendly and polite but it did seem slow overall.

A HUGE thank you to the assistant manager, Marta, who provided the best customer service I have ever received from any employee at any coffee shop!!!!!!! During a busy Sunday afternoon, she went over and above to ensure we felt welcomed and not rushed at the counter, she was warm, bubbly & also went out of her way to make sure our coffees and sandwiches were delivered to us super speedily. Thank you Marta!

Coffee and food we're good, staff happy to help. The set out at the desk is not good with screens you can't hear through and no space for more than 2 people getting food/drink etc.

Upon visiting this store, I was left stood at the front of the queue for approx 5 minutes before one of the 6 members of staff behind the counter decided to take my order. Upon taking my order the wrong order was received despite telling the cashier 3 times what items I wanted when ordering. The coffee in my cup was full of froth and not much coffee, I was paying for a medium sized drink and received less than a small. Drinks are poorly made. I feel staff need to have better customer awareness and barista skills.

Service OK, friendly but slow, coffee is good but ii can be very difficult to get a seat in the shop ( especially at weekends) and often have to clear it yourself as never seems to be three staff on duty and even if there are more the queue moves very slowly. Has toilets as well which is great although the centre toilets are much nicer.

Like a costa every now and again. This store used to be good, but there's a couple of male staff members there who don't make the drinks very well and are sometimes a bit rude, quite scruffy with long hair hanging over the coffee as they make it. Often they use too much water so not enough room for milk therefore the taste isn't quite right. The Media City store is my new favourite for this area now - 5 min walk away.

Excellent service and well maintained. Is busy enough to be lively but not too much as always find space. Staff are very good too.
