Good coffee with nice toasties but not a lot of gluten free and the cheese on toastie very mild. They do soya, oat and coconut milk as well.

I used to absolutely love this coffee shop, I have never once had a bad drink here, although this particular incident has put me off ever coming back again. The milkshakes are very reasonably priced on the board, which is why I was shocked when I was charged £9.98 for one. Thinking it was because it was a premium flavour, I paid although I was not very happy about it but just thought I would just order a plan one next time. However when my order was made, it turned out they had made me two milkshakes instead of the one that I had asked for. I politely pointed this out to the man working as it was an honest mistake on his half, but instead of handling it as such he proceeded to very rudely tell me that I had ordered two when I had not. He got his boss out and the two were very rude to me insisting that I had ordered two different flavoured milkshakes when I had not, and shouting at me for making them waste one in front of other customers which made me very embarrassed and upset. Obviously I do understand that they had wasted one and that they were upset about that, although this was absolutely not my fault that they misheard me and they should not have reacted in the way that they did.

My go to place when at the Lowry. They have the best cappuccinos and a great view of the Lowry Theatre too.

That was my first experience to buy something from cuppa and it was very pleasant the girl who served us named Amreen was very professional and very polite. She made not a tasty Kashmiri Tea but it was beautiful as well. Will go again for sure

Unfortunately, due to the recent customer service i will not be returning to this establishment. As a regular customer, it was disappointing to witness the staff be rude and hurtful to a customer after an inconvenience on their behalf, this behaviour was strictly unprofessional, unnecessary and disruptive. I feel entirely sympathetic to the young customer, and very disappointed towards the staff who has ruined this lovely service for their regular customers

Great coffee, good service and pleasant environment. Plus its independent and not a chain which is a bonus

After a terrible experience with the service, I will not be returning to this shop. I was shocked and disgusted with the lack of respect the staff had towards their customers. Cuppa tea? More like cuppa terrible service

Nice selection of good looking cakes and snacks. Staff behind the counters do the best they can to be helpful and friendly. Most tables have nice comfortable chairs and there are some tables set up by the windows looking over towards the theatre which is a great place to people watch.
