"Established in July 2012 we were a live venue, bar & restaurant. In 2020 we decided to pivot the business to a vegan zero waste Wholefood Shop. This decision was made partly to mitigate the impact of the covid lockdowns but mostly to be able to offer the best variety of vegan brunches, lunches, meals in Salford and to promote the availability of zero waste food, eco cleaning products. We are a family business with community values and ethics."

I come here to refill my cleaning products, but it smelled so good inside today that I decided to buy my lunch too. I had the soup of the day (vegan chilli topped with hummus and jalapeños) with a slice of really lovely fresh hearty bread. It was really tasty and filling, will definitely get food here again!

Stopped for post run drink...yummy ice chai latte and made a friend a bespoke smoothie so extra points for that! Loved the vibe and how local everything was

Lovely staff. Really tasty food. We had the BLT and the veggie sausage, cheese and onion butty 🤤 So tasty!

Reading through the other comments, it is clear that food is their strong suit and not coffee, which isn't obvious at all from a place that claims to be a cafe-bar. We bought an americano and a latte. They burnt the coffee and it was incredibly watery in spite of having milk, it tasted absolutely vile. At least we used them to warm our hands while we walked, but we had to through them in a bin once they couldn't even serve that purpose. I give it two stars because the place looked nice, and service was friendly enough.

Great food every time I visit. Brought my parents several times over the years and they love it also. Easily some of best vegan dishes i've ever had have been from here. Definitely worth visiting time and again.

Coffee is always lovely from here, they accommodate for vegetarians and vegans brilliantly. Sandwiches are also a must (the spicy tempeh blt is to die for), staff are always welcoming and happy to help. I would highly recommend coming in even just to have a browse of all the organic produce they stock. Support local!

Great vegan friendly place where you wouldn’t expect.+ straight up honest food+ very tasty and good value for money+ chic and hipster vibe with rustic decor- bit of an odd location and off the beaten track

Went here on a whim, got myself a lovely breakfast. Wasn't very filling but it was very tasty and it looked good too đź‘Ť10/10 would go again
