Excellent lunch from the Early Bird set menu. Perfectly cooked and elegantly served. Good value and great ambience.

Had a lovely meal here for my mothers 70th Birthday. We managed to book the private dining room as we had our young children with us and it is difficult to keep them sat down for long periods of time. This meant they could leave the table without us worrying about them wondering off or disturbing other diners.The staff here were really friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent - most of us went for the Sunday Roast and everyone enjoyed their meals.There was a delay in our coffees at the end of the meal so we chased these up - the waiter came and apologised for this explained that there had been a confusion and removed the charge for the coffees from the bill - A nice gesture that was very much appreciated.We all enjoyed the experience - eating out with young children can be stressful, but we were made to feel welcome and will be returning again.

Awful service. Booked private dining room for a 40th Birthday. Dropped balloons and a cake off before hand to surprise the birthday girl. We arrived and the cake has been placed on its side, damaging the cake which we’d had specially made. I highlighted my dissatisfaction to a member of incompetent staff who couldn’t even do much as apologise for the very basic error, which would have gone a long way. Then when the cake was brought to the birthday girl they had forgotten to put something on the cake which I had explicitly mentioned - wouldn’t have taken much for a member of staff to highlight it not being there. They then accused me a lying and it was most definitely in there.I highlighted my dissatisfaction to a person who I’m not entirely sure what his job role was and he couldn’t have been less interested, in fact his demeanour was rather rude and quiet shocking for someone who appeared to be in management.I’m absolutely appalled by the whole experience and will actively discourage family and friends from booking at this terrible place. It’s such a shame the food was lovely but when the service lets it down then it doesn’t matter how nice the food is.

What a lovely place! 6 of us had dinner here on Saturday evening. The food was delicious, however, please, please, please put more vegetables on the plate or on a side dish. I had the sea bream it was cooked to perfection and the sauce was delightful. Two had the shin beef they said the beef melted in the mouth one had pork chop and commented that it was perfect. The last two had the beef salad and they completely cleared their plates saying it was delicious and the pomegranate seeds really made the dish. Desserts were to die for. We are going back very soon. If there was more veg then you really would get what you paid for. I must say that, Ben, was a fabulous ambassador for your establishment he was attentive, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Exquisite food in a relaxed eclectic atmosphere.The staff were more than lovely although left us a little toward the end when it got busy.The food is the real hero here with a seasonal menu offering a really advanced palate of rich flavours.

Well presented and tasty food, first time I've had a Cod Kiev and it was delicious, the prices are decent and the atmospehere is very cozy. The burger was a bit basic and dry and even though there was barely anyone dining in at the time, the service was a bit slow with no seeming shortage of staff

Had the early bird special, the mackerel was nice but slightly underwhelming. The risotto however was spectacular and really enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and truly added to the dining experience. Would definitely go again.

Great Restaurant! We came for our anniversary and got a lovely table and had the most attentive staff. The food was tasty and the wine was cold. We will definitely be back.
