Just walked in to the KFC.. got refused service because they were ‘closing’ at 21:20 but closing time 22:00. I asked if the drive through was open.. I was told yes and asked if I could order to take away as I don’t have my car and was told no. 11 people are still sat in the restaurant. I would of ordered my food, collected and left.

Paul on the drive through microphone was one of the most pleasant and friendly sounding drive through customer service people I’ve ever had, KFC and other fast food places. Makes a massive difference to hear a smiley voice through the speaker box! Credit to you!

Quick service but not so attentive staff. The girl reassured me that I had normal full fat coke. When I got home it was diet. Really annoying.

My friend and I got chicken and chips here. Service delivery was excellent. Several snacks, drinks and meals are available at affordable prices. Prices are uniform with other KFC shops. The restaurant was very neat with condusive environment and comfortable seats. Visit for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dates etc

THE WORST KFC EVER!!lunchtime, 2 members of staff serving and more interested in sorting deliveroo drivers. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting to get served all the time the 2 staff members didn't call for any help from other staff. We were blanked and not even spoken to about the wait nor where we acknowledged in anyway at all. Despite the drive through operating and the deliveroo taking priority, other customers were standing around waiting for their orders that were coming out slower than a snail escaping a fire!. The 2 staff members clearly clueless regarding customer service or reading how busy the restaurant was to call for more help and no sign of a manager at all. We wasted 15 minutes stood there like idiots whilst the staff bumbled along sorting the dozen deliveroo people who seemed to have priority. I wasted 15 minutes of my lunch stood, being ignored. Where was management? Other staff as it was rush hour. It was totally unacceptable and the management need to pull their finger out and get a grip on a poorly run KFC as they clearly couldn't manage a lunchtime rush. I won't ever go back if you paid me! Id rather catch monkey pox than go through the worst service ever.I strongly suggest you avoid this KFC wasting your time and your lunch break and go Mc Donalds.

Oh wow, I was in the drive thru that long that it actually went dark by the time I was served. The sun was out when I joined the queue. The service was SHOCKING, you don't get anything you ordered and what you do get is stone cold and looks like its been thrown at the floor before being stuffed in a bag and forced through your car window. I've never had congealed gravy, this was quite an experience. Looked like brown jelly that had set solid. Staff stood around, all chatting. A few staff running round putting random things in bags,. I've never experienced such shambles in my life. Gross! Do yourself a favour and go hungry. AVOID AVOID AVOID! The WORST KFC I've ever seen and clearly managed by a very inexperienced and incompetent management team.

Posting this whilst the wait time for my food reaches FIFTY minutes. Fifty! For fast food??? And I’m not the only one, the building is full of waiting customers. Absolute disgrace, I am never coming here again. Why would you when the McDonald’s next door will do it all in under 10 minutes?

If you think being a customer is bad here, try being an employee. Management are useless and rude to their staff. However, if youre thinking of ordering from Regent Rd, I'd advise that you don't. Take it from someone who's been behind the counter. Every cook is unhygienic, they touch bins etc without washing their hands afterward. Chicken is left under the heater after it's cooked for sometimes hours!! We're supposed to chuck things away after a certain point (there's a screen telling us when) but it gets ignored. Also, sides - we are told to take the 'old' stickers off of all the sides (gravy, beans etc) and put new ones on as if they were just made. Heads up: if you order gravy later on in the day, it's most likely from early in the morning.Us new people get put on busy periods and the gang of "OG's" just stand around talking to eachother whilst we get shouted at by customers for being too slow. Meanwhile there's 1000 orders to pack and only 2 of us to do it. They've hired at least 30 people over the course of my time there and nearly all have left after a week or two. They also added a new drive thru system but the old way worked so much better and was easier. Now it's a mess and customers get hella upset/angry at stuff we can't control. If it's not broke, don't fix it. Just goes to show that this place needs shutting down or given better management. Which, btw, is run by the shift runners alone... There's no manager... They also leave after a week lmfao shift runners are gossiping whiny people (apart from Maria, she was actually good). I'm so glad to leave that place. I've worked in other jobs similar to KFC before but this comes out at the top as the worst job EVER. The only good and friendly staff to look out for: Maria, Paul and Alfie. If they're not in then it's pointless.

There is a slight of hand at the regent road KFC they pass the food bag to you with the reciept at the top right hand corner when you take the bag they pull the reciept back into their hand and close it that's why nobody gets to view their reciept or claim a 15% discount and no review done

GROSS!Not feeling well so ordered through Deliveroo. Food was cold and inedible. Batter was ROCK hard so had obviously been sat under the heater for god knows how long (PROB SINCE YESTERDAY) ...ended up chucking most of it and the bits that looked slightly edible the cat got...oh and also I paid for a 1.5 litre bottle of Tango that was missed off the delivery tooAVOID!
