McDonald's in Salford

The meal is usually fine but I've repeatedly been given milkshakes with no flavouring. Just shake mix.

if i could give this 0* i most certainly would. scruffy toilets. jackie was very rude. gillian was a delight to talk to. food is always cold and it’s not a very good place to work for too

Restaurant was clean and tidy but bins were full. Visited the ladies' loo. Out of 3 cubicles only 1 had loo roll. Mentioned it to a member of staff who just nodded at me but didn't seem to do anything about it!

Arrived around midnight and put in a mobile order to collect at the drive thru. Firstly, took around half an hour for someone to actually serve then when I drove round to collect I was ignored by a manager and had to wait another 20 minutes to be finally approached. When I do get approached I was told that I would have to drive round again and wait. There was no apology or explanation as to why there was such a delay to even simply acknowledge me at the window. Food was cold when I arrived and staff overall was rude and ignorant. Extremely bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend!

It was clean and tidy. Service was quick although the cashier didn't listen to what I ordered and we ended up with something we didn't want

Really great maccies, food is amazing and chips are always fresh and nuggets are amazing. Line can get pretty long at busy hours but it's usually quick

No signs letting you know where to order or Collect.Toilet not overly clean.One way in and out, exit was closed.Rubbish on shop floor.Bad service, no manners, fries were dry and cold. Bad experience. No chance to return back.

Service usually pretty decent. Open 24 hours. Food can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. Chips a little undercooked for example. Had a few orders missing items. They often seem to under fill the drinks too as they are using an automated machine.Overall though it's a Mcdonalds and it's convenient.

I come here almost everyday for my morning coffee. i have them scan my loyalty code and most of the time the points are never added. and when you ask the staff about it they have no clue how it works or how they should scan the code. one staff was trying to get me to scan the cup :/

2 different orders in different days. As always we pay for large meal just to receive half the fries and half the drink. I doubt that the company instructed you to give half the product the customer’s paid for, so I don’t get why you doing this for deliveries but not for orders in person.
