McDonald's in Salford

Felt though we were dealing with new staff trainees.They didn't seem totally sure of what they were doing.But they were quite friendly and helpful.It's not a McDonald's that we would normally venture to.But the staff although they seemed newWere friendly and helpful.So well done to them.Perhaps a supervisor should have been shadowing them.Food was up to the usual mac Donald's standards.If in doubt go try the place for yourselves.

Had stopped coming here, as the one on Regent Road is so much better. But came here this morning as it's close to the train station. Both hand sanitizers were empty, no reciepts in the self service kiosk, strong smell of urine near the waiting area, tables were cleared but none of them wiped down.

Grace Was so quick and efficient. She was so polite and friendly. She was absolutely one Of the best servers I’ve had at movies

Had a few mishaps here before and let them go but today has forced me to review - was given my drink which was warm and flat and had clearly been pre-poured and left standing, got home and I was missing a cheese burger (not the first time) then the 'large' fries were actually small fries in a large fries container as they didn't fill even half the box and there was really no point in asking if we wanted sauce if you weren't going to bother putting any in anyway. Steer clear this place is actually getting worse not better.

Service at this drive thru is very poor. I waited at the speaker for about 7 minutes while cars went through the other lane. Pay and pick up is also slow.Staff always look bored,. You never receive the dips that should come with the meal or side, sometimes you don't even get a straw or napkins.Mozzarella dippers felt as if they'd been held for a long time and we're cold.One of the worst McDonald's I've visited....and it's right by the area office/training centre, you'd think it would be one of the best.

Biggest shoutout to Pearl who was cleaning the floors on our visit for lunch today. She came over and had a chat with me and my little boy and was so lovely - we did overhear I assume the ‘manager’ in a brown shirt being quite rude to her (shame on you). Thanks for cheering us up on a rainy day Pearl ❤️

Big Mack was dry and I don't think it was cooked properly as I had belly ache around one hour later ....Coffee was good but I think I could leave McDonalds out of my food requirements.🙁🙁🙁

Instore is great but ordering via the uber is awful. The orders put I to the uber bags by mcdonalds are always wrong 😑 but then mcdonalds say contact uber.....but the problem started with mcdonalds getting g the order wrong causing the issues even the delivery drivers say this is common they get the blame...best advice go in don't order me will cause u stress

Went after midnight...they need to hire 24/7 cleaner see pictures and you judge. The place is busy so staff behind the counter no time to clean up. Common mcdo we are still on pandemic...

2 different orders in different days. As always we pay for large meal just to receive half the fries and half the drink. I doubt that the company instructed you to give half the product the customer’s paid for, so I don’t get why you doing this for deliveries but not for orders in person.
