Went in today chicken was average not as nice when I have ordered online went today with mum didn't find the girl very welcoming when we were seen to our seats not much customer service from her found the girls snotty. She also said it was a black girl she also said to order your food you have to scan it in your phone I said could you not at the till she said she have told me that as well. Also as well went to the toilets and I don't know what they use on the floor but my shoes stuck to it I did mention it to a blonde hair girl she said she would have a look and didn't come back to me toilets not that clean. Overall average wouldn't go again and the staff could do with having some customer training. Also the staff should say thank you when you are leaving the premises for you custom but they were to busy talking.

The food is fine, standard nandos… all the same really but however on my visit, myself & my family were appalled by the management, well the treatment of members of staff, ( YOUNG teenage staff!) by much older management, who clearly enjoy abusing their power like most managers do… I Wouldn’t usually go all Karen on google reviews but I feel it’s necessary. Anyhow, to explain-I was sat eating my food& a few tables away from me was a big table full of staff members, all in some kind of meeting.. In fact I’d say it was more of a lecture because of the passive- aggressive tone the woman had with her employees. I think it’s incredibly unprofessional for a manager to take this approach in the first place- conducting a staff meeting on the restaurant floor at a busy time, around customers. Surely this could’ve been done in a staff only zone or at a quieter time no?Not only unprofessional but extremely humiliating for the poor colleagues sat being lectured in front of customers. I could hear word-for-word everything being said in the meeting as the woman conducting it was VERY LOUD… Surely this is also a privacy issue for the business? And an annoyance to people who just wanted to come into a nice quiet zone and enjoy some food. I feel great sympathy towards any staff members here. The staff themselves were friendly and welcoming and it’s a shame they are having to put up with managers who treat them like that. I’m only writing this with the hope a member of management here will see it and sort themselves out, and realise their young staff deserve a lot more respect than that. Don’t let your power get to your head. Thank you for your time:)

Visited on 2/3/22 - food took a while to arrive, there were no forks in the cutlery section so had to wait until they had been cleaned before we could start eating, and the syrup in both the diet Pepsi and Sprite had run dry.Food was fine, bog standard.Won't be visiting again.

Visited Nandos here as I needed somewhere for a quick bite. As it's a chain, you know what you're getting. Every member of staff I spoke to was very pleasant and accomodating. Easy to order using the QR code on the table. Food on point and lots of different sauces available. I always go for the refillable drinks too. Sometimes the froyo is a different flavour so I asked one of the waitresses - she took the time to find out for me and it was vanilla so I decided to order coconut ice cream for a change - it was very refreshing. Overall it was a nice visit - warm and cosy inside which was welcome as it was raining heavily outside - staff were all lovely. Thanks!

Took over 1 hour to get food (and it wasn’t even busy)!!!! Also sneakily cons you out of the NHS discount if you’re not careful. Only get 20% off on the first £20!!!! Just give us the discount. Wish I noticed after ordering as I would have made 2 seperate orders. When food finally arrived it was barely warm and chips were under cooked. Nando’s have dropped their standards. Come on Nando’s, you do 1 thing and you can’t even get that right!!! Much better places available at a similar price that deserve the custom.

First time at Nandos Lowry for my wife and I since the original lockdown at the begining of 2020. Although we live around 10 miles away, with branches much nearer home, this branch was always our favourite. Everything we experienced said, "safe." Food arrived piping hot and as tasty as ever. Sadly, however, the past 2 years has taken its toll on this restaurant and the decor, the floor and particularly the upholstery, now looks tired and quite badly worn in places, though I'm sure, in time, as business returns to normal, that will be resolved.

Having a Daddy - Daughter day out and visited for a light meal. The order from the table app seems to work well with staff available if you get stuck. The food was well presented and tasty. My only negative was the cost of a drink which was extortionate given that it is a standard can that could be bought significantly cheaper. Tea and coffee was not available which would have been nice on such a cold day.

I highly recommend going somewhere else if in the area. Unfortunately, we dined here and had the following experience: Firstly, our table number was 17 but the top of the number 7 had been ripped off, making it look like an eleven. When our food finally came, after the long wait that resulted, the staff member was incredibly rude and unpleasant, telling us off for putting in the wrong table number. She became even more hostile, nasty and cantankerous when we showed her the torn number that we had. Furthermore, our drinks were never served and the same rude staff member refused to give a receipt of our order when I asked for one. Needless to say, this unacceptable behaviour left a bitter taste in the mouth and we will not be coming back to an establishment that demonstrates such rudeness for customer service. Perhaps 'Nasty Nandos' is a more fitting turn of phrase.

Excellent service, we hadn't booked but they accommodated nine of us including four children. We didn't have to wait too long for our meals and everything we ordered was available. Staff very helpful
