By far the cheapest Chinese restaurant I could find near me. I ordered salt&pepper chips, sweet&sour chicken in batter, Szechuan chilli crispy beef - all very tasty and only £14.80. Service was great, picked up my food about 10 minutes after ordering it. Will definitely be going here again.

Not sure how people can say the food is amazing. Wonton soup tasted like dishwater and the wontons themselves were even worse. Duck was 2/10 at best, and 2 of them points came from portion size, not the quality. Personally I’d avoid this place at all costs, by far the worst takeaway I’ve ever had.

Tried ordering from just eat. They accepted my order waited an hour for them to cancel the bloody order. Then when I called they ignored the call. Overall trash.

The food here is always promptly served, you can watch them cooking it which is better than the Chineses where they disappear round the back to concoct it. The prices are reasonable. My one criticism would be that for a Chinese novice like me the menu doesn't seem to offer much direction, set meals etc, and as a result last time I ended up with meat in sauce with hardly any vegetables and no rice.

Appalled at way we were treated but the women on the phone who handled our order. Me and two friends out through a huge, expensive order through. When it arrived they had forgotten the salt & pepper chips, we rang them up just to let them know and ask politely for a refund or more to be sent out. The women on the phone was very rude to us and said me and my two friend were lying. After all this the food we did have was watery, tasteless and the ingredients tasted cheap. Will never be eating here again,we don’t trust the people handling the food.

After finding out last week that Oriental express was still open (I moved out of Salford 11 years ago) I said next time I’m in Salford I will be ordering! It did not disappoint! The best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had! I could eat it every day! 👌🏼👏🏼

After trying loads of local Chinese cousines I though I will give this one a shout! But the food was nowhere near taste-wise comparing to other local take away's which aren't even decent! The friend rice chicken didn't had any taste and didn't had any salt in it, while king prawn friend rice was literally made of salt honestly.

It's a shame to leave a 1 star as the food is amazing.Sadly the delivery drivers are AWFUL. This is now the 4th time we have had a driver refused to leave their car to delivery us our food.1 time the driver left the food on the roof of their car and didn't speak to us at all. Me and my boyfriend rang to complain and we were told the manager would ring us, we are still waiting for this phone call. (It's been over 5 months). This time (just now) the driver rang and asked if we had ordered food to which we said yes, he then simply hangs up. My boyfriend assumes he is outside and go to collect our food. The driver then refuses to get out of the car to bring the food to our building door. He then doesn't even bother to get out the car when my boyfriend approaches and he simply just rolls down the window.
