Food is always cold an undercooked, customer service it terrible.and that big man behind counter has a real bad attitude. Awful place and wil never use again.

Never have a bad takeaway from here. Food is always great and delivered quick. If something is forgotten (which is rare), they always re-deliver promptly.

Best Chinese take away in greater Manchester. The deep fried vegetable spring rolls are unbelievable.

Ordered from oriental Pearl for the first time tonight. Before I ordered I read some bad 1* reviews on Google but some 5* reviews on delivery apps.So thought F it, let’s try it.First I’d like to say to the kitchen… please taste your food before you sell it.The chicken and sweet corn soup was like maple syrup I’ve never had anything so sweet. The consistency and chicken chunks got me excited as sometimes when you order chicken and sweet corn soup you don’t get meat but here you do, the issue was It was so sweet it was uneatable.The chips… you need to cook them.. the salt and pepper chips where also uneatable because they where not cooked.The crispy shredded chicken was ok (I ate it) but the salt and pepper chicken was dry like it was from the day before. Thankfully I can happily say I won’t ever return

Only giving four stars tonight has normally top notch but I called in tonight for what I usually have chicken curry without mushrooms as I cannot eat mushrooms, and a portion of salt and pepper chips which are perfect but tonight they slipped up has when I got home the chicken curry I asked for had mushrooms in😡 and as it’s a good ten to fifteen minutes walk up hill I had neither time or energy to go back has I have bad knees and the previous walk was enough luckily I had ordered some satay chicken but still annoyed either way has money wasted has they didn’t listen to what I had said

Best Chinese in Salford, got delivery from here many times. Always comes quick. Would recommend the pork and mushroom, salt and pepper chicken and ESPECIALLY the spring rolls which are the best I've ever had

It was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I’ve never had such a bad experience. Firstly it took 2 hours and 20 minutes for the food to arrive but once it did, I discovered my vegetarian sweet and sour dish contained prawns, beef and chicken. I am allergic to seafood and me and my partner are vegetarian so this is completely unacceptable and could have been very dangerous. I called the restaurant who confirmed I’d been given the wrong order. I then had to spend an hour on live chat to Just eat explaining what had happened to try and request a refund. They have said they will investigate and it will take 72 hours. So the restaurant has my money, I have no food and my evening has been wasted.
