Papa John's in Salford

Ordered from papa johns prestwich last night at 10pm, ordered arrived late and was freezing cold and all the pizzas were missing cheese, I called the store to complain and they were speaking to each other in urdu (which I understand completely btw!) And they said "are we missing cheese on food cost target?" To which the other guy replied "yeah we are trying to bring it back in line today by undertopping"I heard the full conversation and this explains why my cheese and tomato pizzas had a light sprinkling of cheese and garlic cheese sticks had no cheese whatsoever, I paid over £30 for this meal and this is absolutely ridiculous, I have tried to resolve the issue with the store to no avail, you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee where you will replace any inedible food, all I'm asking for is replacement or refund of my food which has been sat here waiting to be replaced from last night, nobody is wanting to help resolve this issue, the store are currently telling me to wait for a manager, when I know a store cannot be opened without a manager present, what kind of nonsense is this that your shift supervisors can't replace or refund an order

My order arrived after 2 hours from the 30 minutes Estimated arrival. Taste of the pizza was terrible and it was cold. The only excuse the restaurant manager provided for late delivery was "we are very busy today"! The delivery was late but you could have done better on the taste of your pizza. It was terrible.

Subpar pizza, had to wait over an hour and a half for our pizza. Don't bother, go to a local independent pizza place instead.

Not the best on this occasion. Took a long time to arrive and arrived cold. Garlic dipping sauces are revolting. Usually better than this to be fair.

Very good pizzas and service . Good customer dealings. Will go for more orders.

Staff are useless here, such a let down for the Papa John's brand. Needs a new manager who can communicate in English knowing how to tell the difference between quarter to, and quarter past the hour 😡

Wow, I work at Prestwich hospital and we wanted to order pizzas for our 30 service users as a new year's day treat. After ringing around many different places to be told they would not take this order because we could not pay with card we needed to pay cash on delivery. Can I just say how these guys went above and beyond to facilitate our large order of 28 pizzas, they agreed on cash and took our order we needed this by 5 pm. At 4.55 they called to say they had arrived we went and meet the drivers and collected our fresh and hot 28 pizzas which when down a treat. Every person I spoke to was very helpful and the drivers were very friendly, thank you so much for making our day great. I would highly recommend papa johns Prestwich going forward.

Waited over 1 hour, paid £33 for 2 smallPizzas and a portion of wings which arrived 40 minutes later than stated on the app. Rang them twice over a 15 minute interval, each time the girl on the phone said the driver is 5 minutes away. Lies. Anyway pizza arrived, one pizza had no sauce on it, just cheese and toppings. This branch needs to close down, clearly run by clowns.

Picked up a large pizza from there today. I popped in and placed my order then told the guy i would wait in my car. Was going to give it 10 mins then go back in to collect it. It was absolutely pouring outside. After 10 mins as i was about to go in the shop to collect it the guy came out and brought it to my car. Great service and a delicious pizza too

Placed my order online and went in for collection only to find out there was a problem with their systems and the pizza was not ready. Then went through a lengthy process of explaining I'd paid for it (despite this the man expected me to re-order and repay?!?!), and finally the pizza was made. We asked for the Mexican but it was more like a vegetarian judging by the amount of meat on it, and it was definitely not as cheesy as they make out in the adverts. Overall, a very disappointing first experience of Papa John's. Won't be going back .
