Out table was still full of crumbs from previous customers tables around us were dirty. No forks on our table starters were OK ordered drinks they never arrived main course came started eating mine to find plastic not just a little piece but half of what looked to be a bag maybe from the salad in my food immediately complained to waitress who took my plate but never returned we had to ask another waitress to bring the manager she had no idea why she had been asked to come over. She did offer me a pudding I declined paid and left certainly would not recommend and won't be going back.

Had lovely time sat in the sun, had king prawn spaghetti but Mrs P put her burrata from her salad on my meal, lovely. But moreover i have to say a massive thanks to Alexandria the waitress who after the manager walked out of the job carried on relentless with such professionalism on her own front of house. That girl deserves a raise or at least a bonus you boss people!!

The food was quite good, the chips and dips were nice, and the service was fast and friendly. What I particularly appreciated was the opportunity to order a dish that normally contains meat without the meat in it, which also proves that each dish is freshly made from scratch.I would like to be able to say that my pasta was good, however unfortunately I could not taste much of it as it was completely covered in pepper, which masked all other dimensions of its taste. I would suggest letting the costumer add pepper at their own discretion if they want to, which - as opposed to salt - is not always the case. Some people might have a sensitive stomach, prefer it less spicy, or even be allergic to pepper - and it was not mentioned on the menu, so it should not have been part of the meal.Another star was removed for the price of the desserts, while the mains were reasonably priced, I don't know any other place where you have to pay £6 for one piece of cheesecake - although it was really good, I think £2 - £3 for a slice that small is a little more appropriate.Overall I enjoyed my visit and would visit again but only at the start of the month so I can afford the desserts!

Just been into Media City Prezzo. Must say Greg the manager is a very nice chap. Its not my first visit as I used to come here with my work colleagues quite often but I no longer work in media city. Today was a rare visit but it was nice to be treated well and the food and service was spot on. Greg keep up the fantastic work and Prezzo give the man a raise please.

Ok place. The pepperoni pizza was alright, but felt a little undercooked. The place was nicely lit and clean. However, we asked for some tap water which didn’t arrived until we’d asked twice. And, the bill also incorrectly stated that we’d had two coffees, when we hadn’t - so we asked to have these removed too. It overall a nice lunch though.

Modern bright and airy restaurant. Plenty of room with all tables very well socially distanced. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. All wore masks when taking orders and serving. The restaurant had a wide wheelchair accessible entrance and plenty of room inside for the wheelchair.I have given it 4 stars because I don't think the food is quite as good as other well known Italian chains. For example my Calzone had small pieces peppers but no other vegetable.

Came to try the set menu through Buy a gift website. It was £30 for 3 course with a glass of wine and it was worth every penny. The food was all very tasty, and arrived quickly. The staff were all attentive and friendly.
