Reflection Lounge in Salford

Avoid this place. I was told my one staff member I would get a refund for the foul tasting sheesha he gave. When I got to the till before leaving the manager said I was not allowed a refund and if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for 1 more dessert then I could get a refund. In the end I got a refund (after having to buy another dessert I did not need) and instead of giving a refund, this illiterate guy took even more money from me instead of refunding it. To top it off, the guy who said I could get a refund came to my face and told me I lied. Also the toilets were absolutely filthy. The staff were rude. Never going back to this place ever again. They basically force you to buy extra things you don’t want or need.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impression! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide drinks list, and wonderful dessert. I recommend it to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

I was invited there by my friend for a breakfast treat. It was a great experience. The ambiance was very welcoming and charming. Amazing coffee range and service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

It was alright, shisha is dead but my friend made me go, the vibe was great inside and unlike many shisha places it actually has a view outside, the area is dead though but it’s not their fault, there’s a little river/lake kinda thing outside.

Probably one of the worst shisha cafes I’ve ever been to in my life. Firstly the service is atrocious all staff look miserable and have a major attitude problem. Secondly the drinks are overpriced and disgusting. I got a passion fruit mojito and it was literally just sprite with mint leaves in it. The shisha burnt out within 15 minutes. The experience overall was just terrible and I would give it 0 stars if I could. If you like wasting your money and time then defo check this place out! I also feel like majority of reviews on google are fake there is no way anyone genuine would give this place positive feedback.

nice place to spend time on nice shisha staff are friendly desert not very good

4 of us went last night, just wanted some desserts and drinks but was told we needed to buy TWO shishas to get a table ! We said well can we just have one and the waiter says you have to get 2 desserts and 4 drinks if we only having one shisha which we reluctantly agreed to.Go to pay as you need to pay beforehand and the guy at the counter says no you HAVE TO BUY TWO ! So we ended up with with 2 shishas and 4 drinks for £48!!!! WTH!!What kind of business forces their customers in order to get a table?!!! We had just been to a restaurant where they took care of OUR needs and not theirs and did everything they could to accommodate our needs - not this place , did everything to provide very poor customer service. We would have gone elsewhere but nothing nearby so stayed.And the shishas were poor !!Won’t be going again and won’t be recommending

I’m regular customer visit twice a week but have changed mind .Great atmosphere and nice place stuff are friendly that is why it deserves two star otherwise would have given ZERO due to the Shisha. Shisha are badly made , expensive and no one take responsibility.I wouldn’t recommend this place .

Great atmosphere, welcomed by friendly staff, amery was very helpful. We got choose where to sit. The pink tea was really niceShish was good and smooth.The dessert was really nice and fresh

I find it very sad to see such a place with nice atmosphere going down because of the attitude of the owner. Honestly, off the bat I felt unwelcome, the workers are nice but the rudeness of the owner ruined the whole experience. Made us buy a drink each and took our food we packed from a previous restaurant to put on the side as if we were trying to steal business from them (wouldn’t let us in otherwise). Non existent customer service in that regard. All to say that I felt uncomfortable. Shisha was decent.
