REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff has no manners how to speak to customer . I ordered the pizza and guy on counter said it would take 10mins. I waited over 25mins and then asked politely and guy who took order said do I want money back. So they wasted my 25mins without any updates why is it taking too long. The guy who was on pizza making job interfered and said don’t come here next time. Another guy jumped into this and said why are you unhappy and looked at me like they haven’t done anything wrong. Stay away from SANTOS guys I’m not ordering again and definitely management even don’t care as I have seen the similar reviews on Google.

Busy place . Food is fresh and customer service is satisfactory. No frills fast food. Ok when you are hungry.

Did have a problem with an order but really pleased with how Santos dealt with it. Shows that they care about their customers and that they wish to maintain high standards. Thankyou Santos for restoring my faith and I look forward to returning.

This place is usually nice however On this occasion the food was really chewy and not cooked well. The ‘chef’ was absolutely rude and doesn’t like constructive criticism. He believed he was the ‘perfect’ chef. He wasn’t willing to replace or refund. It wasn’t about the money but the service which sucks!! I wouldn’t leave it any stars given the option. AVOID at all costs

The food was alright had a few characters in there one of started pestering me regarding my food and asked me for a chip. I was completely and utterly shocked by this behaviour eventually he pressured me in to giving my last fry up along with this our request to close the door was declined and the temperature where in excess off minus 3 my friend left with frost bites and currently is in A&E unable to confirm basic information to the doctors.Overall it was an excellent experience minus the fact I got mugged off for my last fry and my mates is now in A&E once he makes a recovery we will be returning soon.

Had a chicken shawarma. Did not live up to it's potential. Can only pay cash. the staff made it feel like it was more an imposition to be served

Overly priced and not worth it.They tend to cover the food with too much sauce all over it, it ruins the taste of the meat itself and ends up making the chips soggy. Only went there the once when I wanted late night food, probably not again to be honest.On top of all that, the owner will reply back to any negative review with a rude and stubborn comment. If he truly cares about his restaurant, he should remain professional in a circumstances. He can't take any criticism or negative feedback at all. They only want to hear good things about this place.With his attitude, negative is all he's going to get.

The Spicy chicken burger sure hit the spot, the chicken piece was a good size and the spice was just right, all that was missing was some cheese.

Eaten from here many times, never had a problem. The breads and kobidas are always made freshly in front of you with quality ingredients.
