That Burger Place in Salford

Best burgers in the North West for sure. Highly recommend and a guarantee return visit. Pleasant friendly staff who are so helpful. Next mission for me is the 10 patty challenge that they host. Thank you That Burger Place 🖤See you again soon

I cannot fault the food it is one of the best burgers in manchester! However I’ve been to this site four times now and every time I’m treated like dirt. Customer service goes a long way and it’s such a shame because the owner is lovely! But being shouted at saying they won’t take my order but will take endless deliveroo orders is not polite especially after I drove over twenty minutes just for this burger and waited 10 minutes before anyone even recognised that I was standing in front of them. This is the fourth time I’ve been treated like this and it’s just not nice.

We ordered our food through Uber eats when the delivery time stated 50 mins, once the order had been processed that quickly jumped to 80 minutes.80 minutes came and went with still no food. We’ve tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer… such poor customer service. The restaurant shuts at 8, we ordered at 6:20pm we’re still sat here with no food 2 hours later, but the money has been taken from the bank.Absolutely disgusting… avoid this place.I wish I could put no stars !!

Ordered the California triple burger and Kevin bacon fries.The California triple was very disappointing, over cooked small patties, also very dry. Maybe I just ordered on a bad day but still £10 for the California triple is a joke.However, the kevin bacon fries were incredible 10/10.

Honestly can’t recommend this place enough! Ordered on multiple occasions ( I mean like 4 in the last month), and only 1 of them they forgot to put our drinks in so no biggie. I messaged the Instagram page and it was sorted out with a free burger to say sorry, I would’ve been happy with just our drinks but they always go out of their way! Nicest tasting burgers we’ve ever eaten. Always hot, fresh and full of flavour, and the Kevin bacon fries are to DIE for !!!

Walked in to a bunch of moody looking children all stood behind the counter. No customer service skills at all! The place was completely dead, not a soul in there. Told to go upstairs to the dining area. The dining area is very rough and ready to say the least. Once seated a child came upstairs and told us dogs weren’t allowed. Most places in the city centre are dog friendly guys!!! And considering you were totally dead I think you need the custom. Our dog is tiny and it was in a dog sling. More like your staff couldn’t be arsed and it was perfect excuse to get us out. Not happy!

Well, absolutely disappointed with this "That "Bad" Burger place"I always thought and tasted that these burgers and sides where the best in my area.Tonight, we ordered through Uber Eats for a family of five. One child and one diabetic that timed her injection perfectly with the Uber eats progress ... we ordered two "signature" meal deals, two "premium" burgers and some chicken strips and fries for my daughter. Simple (or so we thought...)Over an hour later we received half of what ordered. They advertised a deal with two signature burgers, Kevin bacon fries and two drinks. We got two cold burgers. The chicken strips where not delivered too. The other two burgers....meh.So, one unhappy hungry child, one hypo and three other unhappy customers later....we will never order from here again!! So simple yet so, so far from delivered. Shame on you.

Omg they need to go teach McDonald's how to cook a burger because these burgers may be pricey but they are delicious and melt in your mouth tasty and the cheeseburger fries is an excellent idea! Definitely eat here

THE BEST BURGERS IN MANCHESTERthis place does the most juicy, flavoursome, extra crispy patties .the choose is huge from simply cheeseburger to one between Krispy Kreme doughnuts 🤤 life is good with these guys. My favourite is California Dreaming with their famous Big Bob's sauce and loads of bacon. It will ooze with flavours straight into your mouth😁 you can see my previous reviews of the big giant like Almost Famous and these guys are actually better than them. Their patty is perfectly ground with the right ratio of protein to fat. I can't say more than they are PERFECT every time. First burger in my life that delivered looks great, taste great and it's super fresh. Well done
