I really want to say a big thank you to Asda aintree. I was in there today 11/07/2022 at around 2pm. A lady fell and I stayed with the lady and all the staff were amazing with her. Making sure she is okay and getting all the first aid she needed. After she was sorted I misplaced my phone and it was no trouble to any of the staff. Want to say a big thank you to Angela for helping me, another gentleman helped me too but I did not catch his name. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even though it was busy near enough ever staff member who walked past offered there help and I want to say a big thank you for everyone for their help. Lovely staff 10/10 service.

Almost everything you could want from a weekly shop. It seems my usual dairy free milk is no longer sold at any Asda so a little disappointed. But deserving of 5 stars still.

It had the rool back offers I wanted unlike the Bootle branch that no longer stocks Cointreau!

Diagraceful attitude of staff at click & collect. Arrived at 11.10 to be told no trace of order. I was asked to spell my name three times. I was then advised that as order slot between 11.00am & 12.00 noon Asda had until 12.00 to fulfil orders which is blatantly rubbish. The member of staff was totally inept & I asked 3 times for supervisor, I may as well not have bothered as she arrived tipped off that a customer dared to question the nonsense advice she had been given & was not in the slightest bit interested. Well Asda if this is how you treat your customers then I certainly won't be back.

I have no issues with the shop itself as the self checkout greatly helps with my social anxiety however the only problem I had here was two unusual women who blocked an Isle with their trolleys then swore at my underage sister when she tried to get past, they then proceeded to follow us around the shop until we went to the checkout. I know the workers have no control over the way customers act but it was very unerving having two people who were possibly under the influence of something following my young sister and myself around the shop. I didn't know what to do and almost broke down once I was out of the shop.

Went to use the paypoint for a cashout voucher, they say they don't do that only take money in for paypoint. Having just rang paypoint I find out this is a lie asda aintree do the cashout vouchers, spent 30 mins walking to the asda to be lied to about a services they do actually do.

Bring back more staffed tills rather than the mass of self check outs which do people out of jobs. Also the self check outs half the time require assistance due to the scales you put items onto erroring all the time.Asda doesn't give a flying f about jobs if they did they wouldn't have got rid of most the staffed check outs.

Lovely big store every thing you want under one roof. There is loads of food clothes and electrical equipment. You will also find a dry cleaners, and chemist's, and opticians.

Been shopping here quite regularly since moving in the area 8 years ago. I have always found the staff lovely, pleasant and helpful. The odd wait at the self service tills when having to wait for staff to authorise something, usually because they have been busy elsewhere, and not a long wait, always been acknowledged! Been doing online shopping since covid, and can honestly say it's been a good experience! Started going into store again and also carrying on with weekly online as I have mobility problems. Great store!!!!
