Birkdale Tandoori in Sefton

Excellent genuine curry with good heat. Sometimes they have different chefs so final product can vary but usually all good. I'm glad we're through the cherry tomato stage.

best indian we’ve ever had. always reliable and great that we can substitute for paneer as it’s hard to find good vegetarian takeaways. 10/10 :)

I ordered food at 7pm, It was expected to be delivered by 8 after numerous phone calls with the staff saying it will be there soon they closed the restaurant at 10PM and marked the food as delivered. TERRIBLE. Never going back

Wow as an Indian I am so disappointed with this takeaway, they sold me curry that's full of oil for 30 pounds sucha rip off. i also got sick due to your bad foods. this is sad and disappointing

The food was really poor. My children couldn’t eat it at all. Was very oily, never ordering here again.

I was recommended to go there and I regret going the food was disgusting, it took ages for the food to arrive at our table, the place was dirty I do not recommend going over there

3 containers of curry and all of them were filled with oil also the meat was rockhard

I’ve been going to the Birkdale Tandoori for over 39 years. This great Indian takeaway NEVER fails to produce tasty authentic Indian food! Nice respectful and polite staff too. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Very disappointed with the mixed kebab special poor onion barges so small I nearly missed them dip tray tasted musty. Madras you could stand a knife up so thick. Not going again

Surprisingly good. I'm new to town and having been raised on east-end of London curry's and lived all over the world including SE Asia, I like to think I have quite high standards and BT is extremely good. One of the best places I have eaten at in my life.
