Blues Bar Crosbyar in Sefton

We quite often go to Blues for our tea etc.Food is lovely..freshly made & staff are so friendly!Also, prices are very competetive!Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure to leave after meal.Would definately recommend!!

Nice atmosphere and lovely staff, but the current table service model is shocking. Having to wait 20-30 mins to order your drink, due to lack of staff.

Such a lovely experience of dining out tonight. Tapas is tasty and big portions, staff couldnt do enough for us and ambience is great! Thanks for a lovely first meal since March.

Blues bar ,now doing take away. We have just had are takeaway, pizza salt and pepper chicken few other bits ,all absolutely lovely. Generous portions and very tasty food. Support are local businesses. Thanks Blues. 🙂

I have recently found this ittle gem and haven't been able to stay away. This is due to a number of reasons, firstly the delicious food (my family ànd I are currently working our way through the menu) and have not been disappointed, the triple cooked chips our just like your mum use to make the best!! The burgers were the juiciest I've ever tasted. Secondly the staff and customer service is fantastic nothing is too much trouble for them, even being able to speak to the chef's which I like to do to thank them. And thirdly the atmosphere and other customers it really is like a little community hub of Crosby village and even if you were dining alone or just popping in a drink or coffee you would not feel alone as everyone is so friendly. Really hats off to the chef's and the whole staff as the products used and their skills are second to none.

Great restaurant but poor service in bar. Always several bar staff on but seem more interested in chat or phone than seeing customers who need serving. Waitress in restaurant gave bar order to staff but 10 mins later saw still waiting and went and got drinks herself and apologised for wait. Bar staff need sacking or a kick up the butt. Food and service in restaurant area great. Always helpful and quick in serving meals. Never disappointed with food here.

Great food as always. Excellent value for money. The only down side is that they are always short staffed. There is only ever one waitress on duty. Had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for food. We arrived for the lunch time menu and was last to be served despite arriving before the other three parties who got served before us. Five Star for food and quality. Sadly One Star for service. The poor service is a regular occurrence.
