Chung Lok in Sefton

Garbage, waited over 2 hours for a delivery,made 47 calls to find out were it was and not one was answered, drove to the retaurant only to be told several lies..... this is not how a business should be ran..... and the food was below average (once we received it). The staff were also very rude.! I will not be using this compa y ever again.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this fine place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a brilliant evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for this successful evening. The waiters collaborated in a very nice way, the cooking was yummy and my buddies were so overjoyed. We shall surely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Third time eating here! I’ve eaten both in the restaurant and ordered takeout too with my partner. Absolutely delicious food, massive portions and excellent value for money. Staff really very friendly too. Will definitely be coming back.

Was very satisfied with the food and service, definitely ordering from here again! Salt and pepper chicken was delicious and dim sum was spot on. Can’t complain about the portion sizes either. Thank you!

We had a takeaway delivered last night and considering this is a restaurant I can honestly say the food was awful! All the meals we had were tasteless and I still can't fathom out what the coating was on the salt and pepper ribs they were vile. Definitely won't be getting another takeaway from here again.

Absolute joke ! Ordered here a few times and food is perfect however ordered about 2 weeks back and got sent the wrong meal so was offered a free meal next time we ordered . Ordered again and was told we cant request the free meal through just eat and had to ring for the free meal which we wasnt told by the manager originally . Ordered tonight and requested a delivery time of 22:40 as we weren't going to be home before then for the restaurant to then cancel the order when they dont close until 11 wont be going here again .

Definitely wont order again again.gone down hill since it has been taken over 2 months ago Kin do sauce so garlicky an spicy inedible. Special fried rice meat was so dry an rice gloopy old meat an rice..bring back jimmy

Food and service were spot on. This is the 1st time we've sat in as we usually order take away. By far best Chinese takeaway in the area if not Liverpool.

I personally believe this is an excellent Chinese take away restaurant, I have used Chung Lok's for a few years now and love the food and the service. I recommend the shredded salt and pepper chicken, if you like it a bit more spicy ask for a pot of chilli oil to spice things up.
