It's worth turning up for the Barrista with dark rimmed glasses. Proper fit but hardly ever smiles which makes it more exciting as I never know if I'm actually going to get my coffee in a cup or over my head. Variety being the spice of life and all!

I am a regular with my partner and the staff are helpful especially Stef she always goes the extra mile and greats you with a smiling face , the staff always try there best but don't get the recognition they deserve, keep up the good work x

Toilets had no working hand dryer and no bin to throw the (provided) blue roll in.General appearance, both sides of the counter was a bit untidy.Coffee and cake were great but chose to sit outside (7°C) because of the above.Much better on latest visit and an employee who pronounced Lattè properly; not like some delinquent scouser.

Nice place to have a coffee with friends, good food staff very pleasant.

If you want a nice coffee and great service, this isn't the place.Decided to eat/drink in to get a proper china cup but was given cardboard take away cup. The Quality Street Purple latte one was undrinkable, didnt taste of coffee or milk, just a vile syrup that didn't taste of anything.Also wasn't given the choc syrup on top of cream.Waitress put a tray and cutlery out for us but was just given drinks by another waitress without the tray/cutlery, had to ask for them again.Cutlery didnt seem clean, no obvious food left on but looked like they had been rinsed in very dirty water that had dried in brown stains. Decided to wash cutlery in toilets.Very disappointed with visit, won't be visiting this location again.

Not bad as places go but service was shoddy and coffee too milky and way too hot!! I think they had a trainee in this day so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. But seriously I'm sur there us a law about how hot a drink/food can be served and thus was volcanic!!

Absolutely disappointed of the cappuccino! Even I told them make it cappuccinoWhich means make it as it is.Not sure if you used the heated milk or same milk or don’t know why it taste bad 🤬

Spotting I was dining alone I was sent to find a seat on a really busy lunchtime and my order was brought to me. What great service for one who refuses not to enjoy days off and battle with keeping a table and ordering at the same time. Well done guys x

Waiting for ages to be served (even though the girl was infront of me) so asked is anyone serving here, only to get given a dirty look and told.. yes there is only 2 of us working today, then 2 girls walk out from the back off there brake (I don't think she can count) the place was so dirty, mess everywhere! Not the first time we have had a bad experience 😕
