Great customer service. The lady was working on her own and it was quite busy but she was very quick with everyone's order and was very friendly.

·

Nice place for a good cup of tea, will be heading back for another very soon.Edit: Best tea I've had this side of the M11 all the way back in Essex

·

Awful store, had poor experiences here. Central 12 and Birkdale branches much better.

·

Coffee was weak and bitter. Costa seems to have lost a good standard of consistency.Won't be going back again.

·

Costa is IMHO one of the better coffee shops. Good range of coffees, prices although average for coffee are extortionate... its a cup of coffee not a gold bar!

Went to Costa today half an hour before it shut and was told we couldn't sit in even tho people in front of us was in the queue wasn't told this! The girl who served me was very unpolite, very rude and threw my change at me, absolutely disgraceful service 😤 avoid at all costs

Just called in for a coffee while waiting for the bus back to ormskirk. Quick service, nice friendly staff, clean restaurant. Plenty of seats to sit in comfort. Will definitely call in again next time I'm in Southport.

Great staffGreat service and great food and drink there was constantly a large line of people waiting to be served but this did keep going down rather quickly. This branch has a very large selection of sandwiches, toasties etc. They didn't have all the cakes advertised on the app but still there was a large selection. The only let down were the toiletsThey are quite dirty and strong smelling I can only imagine it's due to the large amount of people in the store at all times. I think they needs to be checked/ cleaned more regularly.Toilets cannot be accessed unless you make a purchase as there is a code which is on the receipt.

Pigs in blanket panini and the turkey toastie are both delicious.Tried the terrys orange and the after eight muffin both okay but nothing special. The chocolate cake was very nice, would get it again!!The purple on latte is very nice could taste the syrup. The Terrys Orange Hot chocolate and The After Eight are just standard hot chocolates with a chocolate on the side couldnt really taste the syrup.Overall venue very clean and staff are friendly!!

Fairly new and clean branch, although one would expect better system and shorter waiting time from such a big chain, looks and feels disorganised when waiting in the queue, otherwise pleasant place to enjoy coffee :)
