Dolphin Restaurant in Sefton

I've eaten twice at this establishment now, and I can honestly say it's the best fish and chips I've ever had. Each time the fish was freshly fried while I waited a just a few minutes, and the chips were delicious too, nothing was greasy and the quality.and quantity was perfect. I recommend.

Fantastic fish and chips, cooked fresh. The cod was great, crispy chips and very good mushy peas and curry sauce. The plate steak pie was exceptional. Really nice friendly staff.

Without doubt, the best fish and chips in Southport. The fish is always so fresh, cooked to perfection and ohhhh those chippy chips are unbeatable!They have really nice staff too which is always a bonus.This is my goto chippy and restaurant when I visit Southport, I'd never go anywhere else now.

It's OK, really friendly staff and food average. I would say it's quite a flexible place to dine no fuss just sit and eat. staff are actually quite funny and very down to earth.

Food was fantastic, service was lovely and inviting. Our dog Peanut even became a part time cleaner during his visit, will be back for sure on our next visit

Absolutely superb quality food, spotlessly clean, service is spot on aswell. All 7 of us enjoyed the food, fish was the best we'd had, good size portions on adults and kids food. Very friendly staff, had a good laugh with them. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely fish and chips ,cod was freshly cooked for me ,and succulent and lovely. Only about 6 or 7 quid for fish and chips .

We came here on Sunday July 11 for lunch. We had the summer special of fish, chips, mushy peas, bread n butter and cup of tea for 7.95, it was hot, fresh and tasty! Best fish n chips we have had in ages! The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent! Would definitely go here again when next in Southport and highly recommend!

Large fish and chippy, with lots of seating and good service. Freshly cooked chips and a large hunk of cod was £7:25.

Not going again fish have shrunk to half size and nearly £2 for a tiny cup of coke or a miniature coffee is a joke
