The food is delicious as always the special chow main an special foo young is amazing always get delivery as don't live in bootle an wouldn't go any else

Tasty food that is fast and reliable! They even have us some free soup which our Nan loved!

Good service and the food is good and home delivery if required

This is my go-to chippy/Chinese. Prices are fair, portions are big, food is always tasty and hot, they have an incredibly large menu to suit everyone’s needs, and the staff are always friendly. I highly recommend their salt & pepper dishes, especially the chicken nuggets; they’re unreal, I’ve ever tasted anything like them. Off-peak delivery is very quick. But if you want delivery at their busiest times, be prepared to wait a little. I look at it like this though: an excellent chippy is one that’s very busy. So if you have to wait a while, you know it’s a very popular place, and for good reason. This place will remain my go-to in the foreseeable future.

Needs to be more clear on Justeat wether certain items are vegetarian (spring rolls) most places we order these either say (V) but not here for some reason, think they should say what ingredients they use for something that can me made either way.

Right what food that did come was nice but as per usual there is always something missing I know its not just this place its every place how hard is it to double check what you bag up, and maybe pick up the phone

If you go in and order the food is fantastic if you order home delivery it's going to sit and sweat in a tied carrier bag and not be anything like you are used to. And when I say sweat I mean the paper is going to be mulch in the bag

I ordered £36 worth of food from this place. Our delivery was scheduled for 9.45-10.05 & it come about 25 past 10. Once putting the food on the table we realised we was missing our Singapore vermicelli. I rang the chippy to tell them and they first said we didn’t order noodles and we went back and forth with that until they agreed that I did have them on my just eat receipt. The women said they would send it out on the next delivery.10 minutes later I get a call back from the same person to say it’s too late to send it out now & that they know they definitely packed the noodles in there. I told the women on the phone that I have the food out in front of me and the noodles are missing. She continued to say she packed them, insinuating I was lying about not having the noodles. We gave the driver a £4 tip giving them £40 all together, why would we try and make up we didn’t have noodles? It’s not like we can’t afford them?! I said on the phone if you have definitely packed them & we definitely haven’t received them that they need to have a word with their delivery driver as he is the middle person and they have seemed to ‘disappear’ on the way here. The women continued by saying just tell them on the just eat notes next time we order from there and we will give us a free Singapore vermicelli. I don’t believe this for 1 minute. They will just deny that, that was ever said to me if I try.But nevertheless I won’t be ordering here again due to the customer service I received. We paid £40 including the tip & that left us paying £10 extra than we should of because we didn’t receive the noodles.I am really annoyed by this whole situation.

Finnigans food is fabulous, the delivery is quick and when pre ordering the food arrives on time. The meals arrive still hot and the portions are great. After ordering a few times for myself I ordered for a night in with my sisters and they said Finnigans food was far superior to where they usually buy from so are now converts.

Been ordering semi regularly from Finnigans without any problem. Delivery is always prompt and the food is usually great.I ordered New Years Eve through Just Eat and sadly things were not up to standard. Whilst I understand that food establishments are incredibly busy on a day like that, I was severely disappointed. I ordered the vegetarian options (Mushroom vermicelli) as I don't eat meat. On the surface the food was as expected so I left a good review on Just Eat part way through my meal. As I continued through the meal however I found that there were large chunks of chicken hidden underneath my meal; finding out the hard way when I bit down into a piece.I hope this was a one off mistake due to the workload the staff had. The rest of the food was fine which is why I still give it 3 stars. The delivery drivers are always pleasant too, it is just a shame that the meal had to be thrown away and in turn my money was wasted.
