Flames in Sefton

Often go here for my donner kebab, really nice food, clean place and friendly staff. Never been disappointed

Waited 3 hours for foodAfter the first 2 hours we called and it was apparently already delivered and collected, the guy on the phone was being difficult about it. Finally got the food after another hour

Excellent food price very reasonable delivery quick and drivers very polite

The best pizza's around the Kirkby. I tryed another pizzerias but it's not so delicious as here. Try it u wont regret🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Worst chicken wings i ever had, dry with no spice at all, litterly some wings deep-fried with no batter or spices. Never again. Absolutely disgraceful, worst takeaway ever.

Food was late by 40 mins from time shown on order (I know its an estimate but 40 minutes!!!) it was cold when it arrived, gave these a few chances now as it always takes ages to arrive , despite being 2 minutes away, I will be going elsewhere from now on because of the constant poor service

Awful food, cheese was not melted on chips or pizza, switched to Mario's Pizza way nicer. Quickish service that the only reason why it is 2 stars.

Unfortunately I'd have to advise people not to order from here. Food is always stone cold despite only being a few mins away and the quality is poor. When you complain they tell you to go somewhere else. Ha ha yeah have done and glad to be spending my money elsewhere on food that is a good standard from a clean environment and clean staff with better customer service skills and attitudes.

Ordered & the app said it was on its way - then cancelled without any word of warning. No phone call, nothing. Absolute shambles & very poor customer service - we will never order from here ever again and I urge people to avoid to prevent disappointment.

The staff in here are absolutely amazing! So friendly and so kind. The food is gorgeous always cooked to perfection! I have ordered from here many times and ive never had a single issue with them. Deliveries are quick so there is no waiting around and getting a cold dinner! They also take the time to read any notes I have left for them. Nothing but love for this place i highly recommend it to everyone 😊
