High Park Fish & Chips in Sefton

Got order wrong! Sent extra pie, wrong type! Wanted pie back or would not supply further correct pie until challenged. Finally got my correct order to find I should of doubled my order as the portion sizes are stingy to say the least! Very disappointed first time customer won't be returning.

Ordered was never delivered. After over an hour our order was cancelled and after calling we were told the delivery driver tried to deliver three times with no answer…..checked our cctv and no one attempted delivery.

Not good, had to ring twice, 45min delay which i can expect when busy, but salt pepper chicken meal was awful, not good value this time round

Food and service has always been excellent. I usually order online but last night I was passing so I went into the shop. They were extremely busy but I was so impressed by how organised they were and how hard and efficiently they worked as a team. Would highly recommend

Ordered lemon chicken and chicken and sweetcorn soup. Both were like gloop. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was like wallpaper paste! Lemon chicken was overly sweet and sauce was thick and gloopy, hardly any lemon taste at all. Was going to pick up as only round the corner but as a treat we had it delivered, £4!!!!!!! Waste of money.

Delivery's take a age to come. Manager was very rude on the phone when I complained. And when the food finally came tasted like a homeless person's underpants avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Birthday feast tonight, told an hour delivery which was not a problem, delivered after 25 mins which we thought was good, Until!!!!Food was not good, 4 meals and extras ordered to over £40, curry looked and tasted like a defrosted meal, fried bullet rice, cold greasy chips and Prawn crackers, not good, very disappointing, other three meals were just about average, ribs were OK ish.Also charged £4.00 delivery for a 2 min drive from chippy, which we agreed to as it was a birthday treat as stated.BUTSorry Not ImpressedWill not use again.

Food is usually great dont often have any problems with it. But the curry has become so horrible. The one I got today was like jelly and was way to spicy, that the little bit I put on my food completely killed the flavour of my main meal. The curry has been getting worse and worse now for a while. They used to have the best curry going.

We have been regular customers of this takeaway over the past few years. The food has generally been good with the odd exception. Unfortunately, tonight we ordered spending £24 on a chilli beef, large chips, special fried rice, sausage and a fish cake. We ordered at 17:35 and food didn't arrive until 19:20 so just 15 mins shy of two hours. We would have been okay with the wait if the food had been nice but unfortunately we opened the bag and found the large chips to be small and the paper was covered in liquid, not sure whether it was grease or a spillage of some sort. The salt and pepper chips were in a box that you would expect but had no salt and pepper flavouring or peppers and onions like what we have had before from this Chinese. My boyfriend had a special fried rice that he paid over £6 for that had only two small slices of meat and no sauce, it was really quite depressing. My crispy chilli beef was edible but chewy and not crispy. Overall, the quality was really disappointing and the delivery time was an hour too long. We would very much appreciate a full refund from the takeaway as we felt it was a lot of money to spend for what we received.

Ordered fish and chips, left most of it uneaten. The fish tasted past it’s best, overcooked, dry and there was more batter than fish, oozing in fat. Pretty substandard.I called the restaurant to complain and after a heated discussion with the restaurant manager who was adamant that the food was good, I was refused a refund. I asked her why, if the food was good would we spend £20 on food only to not eat it? She was having none of it.Shocking customer service.
