K F C in Sefton

Food was rubbish gravy all over the box lid wasn't on properly. Hardly any popcorn chicken in the box. Got the wrong drink and no side eith one of the meals. 1st time here never again

I think I've been sick from this place no less than 3 times now.I usually put it down to something else like catching a stomach bug or something else.But i think this place needs to sort out its hygiene.I will never eat here again.

Never got anything in stock. Went the drive through and no 🌽 then made order online from the 'same' place and got the corn? Not sure if the online order is from somewhere else? Or they keep. Some. Of the stock back for only. Onli e orders but really disappointed

Food was lovely staff where friendly an professional. The only down fall was we sat in to eat an it was a little messy inside but think that was due to it being busy on the drive through.

It's ok food wise. But the wait time is bad when you go in to the kfc restaurant. They serve just eat and the drive threw 1st. The staff look an see you waiting but ignore you.

Ordered a two piece meal, got home and got spicy chicken wings. What part of two piece meal do they not understand. Check your order before driving off.

Had the misfortune to visit KFC Litherland. No hot drinks available, other items unavailable. Absolutely filthy. Spilt drinks & food all over the floor. Toilets stink & no running water to wash your hands. GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS.

Unfortunately I've made the decision to write a review about this KFC.So most of the time I've ordered a delivery from here, the food has been freezing cold or missing items.When I've been in store for my last visit there, the delivery drivers for just eat and Uber take up all of the seating area, making it hard for customers to find a seat. In addition to this the staff members speak to each other and the delivery drivers with no respect at all, I was eating my food and a staff member of kfc was having a go at a delivery driver, have some respect will you, I was shocked as I work in fast food myself for the past 5 years and it was awful.The state of the customer area was disgusting aswell the tables hadn't been cleaned, and the bin was over flowing with rubbish, considering it is a relatively small dining area compared to where I work it wouldn't take long to empty the bins and clean the tables. I'm surprised health and safety hasn't shut this place down.My order was also missing items in store, which I had to get up and ask for again and my drink was meant to have no ice in, had ice in it.Now I've ordered to day at 2.55pm and currently waiting for my food at 3.45, that's nearly waiting 2 hours for food. I've tried calling the restaurant multiple times to not complain but to simply ask if they could ensure the food is fresh when it leaves the store. However I've had no phone calls answered.

We visited here a couple of weeks ago. The "restaurant" was full of delivery drivers. People were queuing to get served, so we used the touch screens. We waited 20 minutes for our food, during this time the manageress called for the security guard "to get that chef out of the kitchen." God knows what was going on. The food was fine, and they actually got the order correct (we were already told that there were no beans left). Despite the side show and the long wait, it is still better for us to travel here, rather than to use KFC at Aintree which is nearer (but takes even longer to get served at). Sort it out KFC! Colonel Sanders will be turning in his grave.

If I could give a 0, I would. Currently standing here waiting with my little boy for our food, when all of a sudden one of the female members of staff with a 'family' tattoo on her arm decides to throw a tantrum, swearing and slamming down KFC products, only because customers did not put away their rubbish and she had just cleaned the area. I understand her frustration but as a customer facing role, she should have been more professional. Instead, she displayed behaviour you wouldn't want your young child exposed to. Won't visit again.
