KFC in Sefton

Very long for waiting time.i make order for collection it’s take me 45min.Today I went self order machine out of order.waiting to make order.no one responding.after 15 min one staff come to take order.I don’t think so this KFC fast food service.I don’t like to go again there.

Been to this KFC several times in the past few months for takeout and each time it’s been great. Lovely gravy too. In fact I freeze it and have it at home. I’m not sure it’s fair to give the place one star when Deliveroo are at fault either. Far as I’m concerned I usually go in for a few people at work and we all agree its always really nice.

Never had a bad experience when going to KFC Litherland. All the food is always cooked, the chicken always crispy and the gravy?... Oh the gravy? You can stand your chips up in it every time ..... Well done KFC Litherland X X x

I waited 5 hours for my order to be delivered via Deliveroo. No updates. No indication that the order wouldn’t arrive. I just presumed that by 10 am it wouldn’t arrive. No text to say it wasn’t arriving.I am 76 and disabled. I am housebound.Completely speechless about KFC and I am starving of the hunger.

For a franchise restuarant there's not much you can get wrong you would think! The chicken breadcrumbs were burnt on the burger and wings and chicken was tough. Couldn't finish the meal. I had heard it wasn't the best KFC in town but didnt think it could be that bad.

Decided to give them another chance, after the disgusting mess we got last time. NEVER again. Nothing tasted as it should, chips weren't cooked properly.

Food was ok. This place is sooooo dirty. Food all over floor, dirty tables and staff although polite are obviously unhappy. Will never go again.

Love KFC but their customer service is poor. This is a particularly dodgy KFC. Always make sure you check the contents of your bag when you use the drivethrough as about half the time it's incorrect. They're happy enough to replace whatever is missing but having to go inside defeats the object of a drivethrough.

Staff are extremely rude.My friend ordered the 1.5L of Pepsi on the kiosk they didn't have the 1.5l bottles of pepsi so they gave him 6 330ml cans of pepsi, they wanted 2 so obviously those 6 cans aren't enough. They gave him the wrong receipt. They put these 6 cans in a paper bag which ripped and so the cans fell to the floor, the staff rudely started laughing at him and the other sarcastically said 'I think you're going to need two bags.' The staff here are extremely useless, rude and should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst service from a kfc ever ordered at 2:45 and the order was cancelled at 4:05 after no food arrived. The only option I had was to call the restaurant but they would not answer any calls and never had a worse time ordering food.
