Kitty's Tea Rooms in Sefton

When many catering establishments don't understand the meaning of the word 'hospitality' it is refreshing to visit a cafe where you are genuinely made to feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. Ten of us arrived on bikes this morning and whilst there were enough seats inside for us we would have had to sit on three separate tables. No problem. Without being asked, two very friendly members of staff carried three tables and ten chairs outside so that we could all sit together. Kitty's has long been one of our favourite cafes and today's experience confirms why. Oh, and the food was great too!

Lovely place had a scrumptious toasted fruit tea bread ...with TeaThe 2 young Women serving where polite and attentive ....Will go again

Lovely little cafe with really pleasant staff and a cracking full English breakfast.

Had a lovely coffee and staff were very helpul.

Came here as a group of six after a walk round Formby Squirrel reserve & beach. Staff were really helpful and put a table next to the one for four so we could all sit together. They completely ignored my guide dog aswell which I appreciated.

We visited here for the first time at the weekend and would definitely return. The staff were very welcoming and friendly offering excellent service. We had brunch which was made to perfection and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere inside.As new dog owners we were happy to learn that Kitty’s is dog friendly too so took our little pooch with us.The cafe was very clean and had individual hand sanitisers on every table.

Had a delightful and delicious afternoon tea. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Great value for money and will definitely return. Well done Kitty's Tea Room. 👏👏👏

Went in for coffee and crusty toast with marmalade. The staff are always friendly and nothing is to much of a problem .have eaten here various times and have never been disappointed

Called in at Kittys Tea Rooms today with 3 friends while out cycling, great welcome from the staff, food and service was great. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.Update 8th Feb 2022, stopped off after doing 30 miles on the bike, food and service still great. It's a nice little cafe to stop off at if your in the area.

It's a sweet little place behind a gift shop, but food not really up to much and tiny size portions. Toilet is out in the shop and upstairs,which isn't great for elderly clients who made up most of the cafes clientele.It wasn't working when I asked yesterday and I was directed to use Starbucks next door! An extra star comes for being dog friendly.
