All well as I had free coffees. I am part of the premium club and get a fair number of coffees. Service good and friendly. I will be going back again soon.

When we came in, we got our food and went up to pay at the counter. When the lady tried to open my Diet Coke, it fizzed everywhere and my auntie got wet. No one apologised.Then we figured out that my aunties coffee was spilled all over the saucer. Not a good experience.

Find it rather dark. When old cafe was so lovely and bright. Shame they dont make use of natural lighting

Had lunch outside. Tables weren't very clean service OK but limited choice of sandwiches etc compared to the cafe indoors.

Choice of sandwiches limited. Drinks in disposable cups not as enjoyable . Tables not cleared promptly.

Poor customer service, found 2 hairs inside my coffee. Rude girl at front counter. Cold atmosphere. Unimpressed as a long term M&S customer.

Ordered a sausage muffin - sausages were cold so sent them back. Went to use the ketchup and it was out of date ‘best before October 2021’ - got told they can use the ketchup up until the end of the month despite it being clumpy. The response was ‘yeah a few of people have said that’.

Good quality food. Not enough options on the menu

Nice food and drinks but not enough staff. Those who were there were run off their feet trying to keep up with clearing tables etc. Well done ladies! J x

Busy place. Good coffee, reasonable food. Fair price.
