I ordered 3 cheese burgers one with just cheese an thay gave me this 3 slice of cheese

Very rude manager. App sent me to the wrong McDonalds. Manager did not want to fulfil the order due to it being over 30 but was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Went to the correct McDonalds who made up the order. They were at loss as to why this store was so rude and refused the order. It was nothing more than a phone call.

Poor customer service. Delivery driver turned up with wrong order, Tried giving me drinks and also a McFlurry despite not having ordered this. Looked into the other bag and saw that wasn’t my order either so had to give back to driver. Complained to Uber Eats but no reply as yet. My order shows a delivered but is simply not the case as I didn’t accept it . Phoned McDonald’s to be told it was my order. Told to get in touch with Uber Eats. Poor customer service and attitude. Paid for a meal I haven’t received.

Coffee was very nice so we're the chips they were well cooked and nice and hot but the big mac looked like it had been cooked along time before I got it. it was stone cold and as dry as a bone.

Arrived today at 0030. Please be aware food is not served at night; 24h markings are innacurate.EV chargers still open, though (but about double the price you'd expect)

When ordering at the drive thru it's fine food is sound. But everytime we order on Ubereats or justeats we receive the wrong order, staff handing out orders to drivers need to sort their heads out. Absolute shambles

I have tried and tried and tried to get a delivery via both Uber and the McDonald's app from this store each weekend for the past 4 weekends. Annoyingly, I'm guessing that they turn off their delivery options at lunch time, so I have had to order from elsewhere instead (it's a 35 minute walk from my house and I don't drive, so can't pick-up).I understand that lunch times will be their busiest time of day, however, what is the point of offering a delivery service if you can't provide it at the time of day most people want to eat?This is specifically the Aigburth restaurant. Never had this problem with any other McDonald's before, but this one is almost every time. I've only once successfully been able to order delivery from here.

I've never had an order yet that's been right seriously who are the managers in here they need to train the staff properly. Food looks and tastes like it's been there for weeks. All drinks that arn't bottled are disgusting, like it's been mixed with chemical sewer water

Would like to put -2* but am unable to do so. Went in on Friday and ordered festive burgers. Asked for fries with no salt and got fries WITH salt. Burgers looked like they had been in a crash. Staff didn't seem to care about what they where doing as they are so young. Cleaning staff spray cleaning stuff by you when you have food. Everyone seemed to be more interested in home deliveries. Find a better mcdonalds if you can.

Worst McDonald's in Liverpool. As it is only 5 minutes away from me I tend to use this McDonald's more often than I'd like and it is consistently poor quality but the last time I visited was the last. This is supposed to be a chocolate milkshake 😂 and I only got half a box of cold uncooked fries along with a Qtr pounder that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and stood on 👌🏻
