Nando's in Sefton

Hard work trying to order through app and card payments only staff unhelpful and make you feel like an inconvenience. It was much better when you could just go and pay either card or cash at the till.

I found it difficult having to order everything from my phone and pay the same way. OK if you're 16. The food was fast and hot. I think the tables are clean but the seats are dirty and grease covered .

Great service. Food came out fast and was hot. Good potion sizes. Can't fault the place will be returning

The new takeaway system where you have have to book a slot for food is incredibly inconvenient for customers. With a website which was so slow to navigate it took me 15minutes to navigate the menu and it wouldn't quite let me order what I wanted. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for food. I find this strange especially as I saw them take someone else's order at the fill who came in after me. This restaurant is usually great to sit in but I wouldn't recommend having a takeaway form this branch.

Had a few minutes wait busy place as always, food fine. Had no Mayonnaise. Can still order at table qr code. Food service an drinks were fast to arrive.

Had an hours wait time as didn't reserve a table but when I eventually got in and got a table via them texting me to tell me the good was lovely. I found the web dite a bit awkward to order on as it wouldn't apply the discount it said so ended up having to go to the till and order in person. Food was lovely as usual. The toilets were clean and do was the table.

Food was not nice, didn't have hardly anything in stock no kids drinks. It's the only time we never enjoyed our food here as we go quite frequently. Staff was great though.

Another decent Nando’s. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and hygienic. The food was hot. The chicken had robust flavour, crisp skin, and was succulent (it had been marinated in spices). QR code was not working, long virtual queue despite many empty tables and plates were collected so quickly literally within seconds after we finished our meal. Overall, the experience was decent but not the best Nando’s we’ve been to.

It's my first experience of Nandos, and I wasn't disappointed. We had to wait for a table, about thirty minutes for a table. To me this is a positive message saying the place is good...We were shown to a table and placed our order. Got our drinks and waited for the food, and what a treat it was. We'll cooked hot an enough to fill us.. Service was quick and efficient. Overall a great experience...
