Pizza Hut in Sefton

The contact free ordering the upgrade to the bundle was great value and the food obvs 😋 just need a bit more interaction from staff but apart from that was enjoyable.

Good value lunch buffet, plenty of choice food wise. Drinks slightly overpriced.

First time visiting this Pizza Hut restaurant and have to say pizza was great so much better eating in than getting a delivery, quick and easy ordering on my phone, went for the individual meal deal, great value for money, bottomless soft drinks and salad bar always a bonus too! Great for families, will definitely be returning!

Have to order through the app and pay by card. Our table was a little wobbly, but wedged it up against the wall and sorted it.Apart from that the food was really nice and the kids love it here and love being able to pick their salad and make their own ice creams.

Love it... Gutted we just missed the buffet and it is quite expensive but keeps the kids entertained. Manager also seated us and didn't tell us it was card only and there was no signs so that was a little awkward. But we resolved it

The customer service was extremely poor, none of the staff spoke to me when I walked in, and two female staff saw me but ignored, and went to talk to a family who came after me, I stood at the counter for 10 min watching those two staff walking past me.Again after I ordered my food ( with bottomless drink) the waitresses brought cups for the other families came after me, but again ignored me even after I asked for it nicely. And just told me to wait with a bad attitude.When another male staff came who was really nice with the pizza, I had to ask him for the cup.The food itself is overpriced, the pizza was very greasy.

The quality of food is always the same and they are cooked to the right. They are neither salty nor unsalted.The staffs are very tidy, orderly and disciplined and always with a smile.Tables and objects on them are always clean and tidy.The toilets are always clean and shiny.

Ordered for collection. Arrived when it said to. The pizza was freezing cold and burnt. It was rock hard to the point I would've broken teeth if I'd have ate it. Pizza was tiny and was extremely dry. Wouldn't ever order again from there would rather go to dominoes.

Card payments only and you need to order on app. Very clean, helpful staff. Great price for buffet menu.

Worst buffet ever, choices are poor, salad bar it's just tomato, salad, pepper, corn, some other cold veg, pizza is like from tesco and two choices of pasta which I couldn't even eat. I have no words to describe the worst food experience ever.
