Pound Bakery in Sefton

This is my place to go, the staff are wonderful and their Sausage rolls are to die for. Also before 11am you can get a Sausage Barm. It's not hard to recommend this food Palace

If I could give a zero star rating I would!!!Ordered from this place today an it'll be the last time I do. When I've ordered from here in the past, one thing is missing, everytime without fail. So today when I ordered i put a friendly reminder in the comment section "Could you double check the order is right before you give the food to the driver please, thank you" So the food arrives an on top of the food is a little note saying " ORDER ARE double checked before they leave the shop thanks" so I thought oh good theyve double checked it, open the bag up and guess what, not only was there something missing AGAIN they'd got one of the items wrong. So I phoned up because I thought surely this is some type of joke, if they've got enough time to write a sarcastic note, theyve got enough time to check the right food is in the bag, so when I eventually got through for an explanation the women I spoke to tried to tell me that its not their fault and tried to blame the driver then told me its JustEats fault then told me that they don't put the food in the bag someone else (third party company) does ??? Annndddd then she told me that she'd personally put the food in the bag herself. So when I pointed out to her that that doesn't make sense she told me I'm holding the line up and that "she's got a restaurant to run". I asked for a better explanation than that and that wasnt happy with the service an she said "what do you want from me, its JustEats problem now, just get a refund".I probably shouldnt of but i was so frustrated with what had happend that i said "Oh F*** off then" as I put the phone down.Wouldnt recommend this place. more fool me for ordering from here again.Customer service skills 0/10

Good value bargain food really recommended the carrot cakes the cream is magical and also when in stock the chip shop chicken curry pasty's fantastic
