Shantii in Sefton

Long-established Indian restaurant on the northern side of Formby. Very friendly service. Comprehensive Bangladeshi-style menu, well cooked and presented. Decor modern and well-maintained. Prices moderate.

We had to wait because of Ramadam ,they could cook until after 8 .the food was beautiful, had veggie korma and Ali made sure it was really good ,sometimes korma can be over sweet not here it really was delicious.

Ordered a take away very tasty, recommend. one of the best Indians I've had and I eat them a lot.

Loverly place traveled 20 miles to eat here wasn't disappointed, staff really friendly and food very good definitely go again

Great curry especially with the Shantyomiter to regulate our hot or not you have it!

Met up with a friend who lives locally whilst working in Liverpool this week. The food was superb - beautifully balanced flavours that were simply divine. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to working over this way again and having an excuse to vists Shantii again.

Excellent food, never had a less than enjoyable meal in all the years I have been eating there. Staff very friendly.

This is such a lovely restaurant. The food is outstanding and the hospitality is second to none. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet evening. One of the nicest meals I've ever had.

Never have a bad meal here ! Owners are also great . Always busy so it says a lot

Ordered a takeaway from there and it arrived spot on estimated time of arrival. The food was fresh and piping hot and was really tasty! Excellent quality and excellent value for money. Was impressed with the quality and service when I ate in the restaurant - wasn't expecting the same from the takeaway but it was delicious, will definitely order again and would recommend it thoroughly.
