Sicily Pizza in Sefton

Poor food. Kebab pitta breads Rock hard and inedible, No salad, fries and onion rings cold and soggy, garlic bread like rubber. Fanta was nice and cold though..⭐️ expensive dog treats.

Excellent staff and customer service. Their food is always delicious and I've been going there for the past 11 years every weekend.I would highly recommend this takeaway to all my friends.They usually have my order ready before I walk through the door even though I don't order over the phone

Waited nearly 2hrs for delivery, paid by card but no receipt as promised when arrived. Pizza had little taste and topping was all over the box, only ate half. This was recommended but will not be using this service again. My wife’s order was wrong.

Was very disappointed ordering a pizza last night when i finished work, yes it was near closing time but all your food should be cooked fully before serving my pizza was so undercook all the cheese fell off an the pizza was just floppy, i had to put in the oven when i got home. This is the second time this has happened i will not be ordering again.

Absolutely awful service... order from these people almost every week. Phoned up to order tonight and he said we can not pay cash we have had a marker put on the address but couldn't tell me why..... clearly a driver has not taken the money back from the order we paid for a couple of days ago... asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and following the rules. Asked who makes the rules and he buttoned me... discusting customer service from a "manager" lost a customer here.Thanks mr Casey's for being a great back up will never order here again. Dont deserve the 1 star here but I couldn't post without at least 1 star.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered 2 large pizzas costing approx £20, both arrived 30 mins late. Both pizzas were extremely undercooked, practically raw. We were unable to eat either of them and was a complete waste!I phoned Sicily to notify them and ask for them to take them back however they had closed. I called the next day and the staff were rude and unapologetic. The member of staff said he would put a note on the system so that the next time we order we could get a discount on our pizza.Ordered a few weeks later and they said they had no record of the complaint and were very rude. They claimed we were lying just to get a small discount which was ridiculous! Their food is mediocre so makes no sense why we would do that when Pizza hut is just around the corner!They ignored the fact that we had pictures of the pizzas and proof of payment from that day.Safe to say we will be avoiding this awful place in the future.

Lovely Hot fresh Food,Arrived on time. Even when they forgot the free bottle of coke the delivery driver went to the local shop and purchased one. Definitely recommend.

Nice food but portions are small. Paid 8 pound for the sicily special and was on the small side. Only a couple of bits of each meat and a handful of chips. Not worth the money!

Ordered our meals only to be informed when we were due to be receiving our food that they had run out of chicken. We were told it would be 15 minutes but an hour later still no food. When I called the shop he didn't even apologise. Not happy at all

Excellent customer service friendly staff and delicious food at low low prices. For the best take-away in town give us a ring. Due to the weekends being busy it can take up to an hour and a 1/2 but the quality of the food is well worth the wait.
