Sizzle in Sefton

Ordered food from sizzle this evening and the cheesy chips arrived with mould on the cheese! We rang sizzle to tell them about the mould and also told them that I was 5 months pregnant, the man on the phone said “can you ring back another time we are too busy now”. I Will be reporting them to the Food standards agency & environmental health.

Would not give any stars if there was an option. Food vile, staff ignorant and arrogant. They do not honour the offers advertised on the leaflet that they posted through my door. There's much better takeaways around this area. Don't waste your money here.

Ordered special burger and got no donna meat and no cheese and ordered my daughter a special burger with red sauce and got no sauce but pieces of tomato

Never had a bad experience, the staff clearly work hard and the food comes out fast. Tastes good, priced good and times are good. If you're looking for decent priced fast food this is the place. Pizzas are great, by the way.

Iv ordered twice from here now food fresh every time chicken kebab is delicious also pizza very good. Will be back

I ordered a chicken kebab with salad, it came mixed the lettuce was days old which ruined the whole meal. Chicken was rubbery and wedges were over done. Waste of money will never order from this takeaway again.

Absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated by this business. Waited 90 minutes for our food to arrive for it then to be wrong. When we phoned and explained the food was wrong he started swearing at us and put the phone down. Then the manager turned up to our home and threw the food into the house and started threatening us. When we asked for a refund and to return the food we were told they didn’t offer refunds when it says on the website that they do. They then decided to phone the police and try to get us arrested for breaching the peace all for asking for our money back after they made a mistake. Do not order from here as they don’t deserve your money for the way they treat their customers!

Their Tandoori chicken was definitely not cooked in a tandoor (special oven ) The samosas were from a frozen packet you can buy anywhere in lodge lane supermarket. I expected home made quality food as advertised on their takeaway menu. Noting about this place is either quality or genuine you'd find more genuine Indian food at a Chinese restaurant.
