The usual Starbucks, a bit busy, but straight to the point, with its many drink options to also go with the current seasons.

Nothing much to review really went through drive-through and speaker is poor quality so that wasn't good to start then made sure they would add vanilla shots in both matcha lattes by asking them twice. Then was given a terrible matcha latte bland and also without shots of vanilla.

Can’t say the speed of service was anything less than poor. Drive through must be fast, efficient and effective and the one at this branch was none of that. Lots of staff at the window but little movement. It took 1 car wanting a toasted sandwich and the whole thing backed up. Poor service due to poor process and procedures and design.

Thank you to the lovely staff on Monday 16th May 2022 at Starbucks Weld Blundell. You were so accommodating, friendly and professional. Took care of my daughter after her being so upset at spilling her drink. Thank you great staff! *****

I would like to take this time to disagree with Jeremy Homer as I have been going this Starbucks since it opened and had nothing but perfection from it including the friendliness from the staff.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in the Northwest.Consistently terrible service by staff who seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. Don't bother asking for modifications to your drink, because they'll make it however they want and roll their eyes when told it's wrong. They don't seem to know what a drink carrier is used for, or how to use them, despite having about 95% of their customers drive through, and would rather awkwardly slide your drinks out of the drive through window on a tray instead of placing them in a carrier. One October day, on the way to the nearby pumpkin patch, I pulled in to get perhaps the most iconic seasonal drink, one advertised on no less than 3 giant banners outside and on posters in every single window, a drink synonymous with Starbucks across the globe - the pumpkin spice latte."A Venti pumpkin spice latte please.""Oh we don't do them."🙄Imagine having that experience and going back... I should have learned my lesson, but as you can see in the attached photo, the remains of a caramel frappe, despite being ordered with no whipped cream, was full to the top with the stuff, so much so that the staff thought it best not to attach the lids on properly, but had the presence of mind to not attempt to hand them to me normally, lest it spill out, and preferred to slide them across the window on a tray. These were the 2nd pair of drinks in my order, and yet I still had to ask for a carrier when I was clearly struggling placing them around my car. I suppose at Weld Blundel's Starbucks it's considered my job as a customer to place the drinks in the carrier because the cardboard contraption was handed to me separately, and after the drinks. Two disastrous attempts at placing them in the carrier later, a pair of trousers and boots now called in sticky, sickly caramel, my wheel well swimming in the milky mess, I marched inside up to the counter to find our dear server leaned up against the wall, eyes glued to what just have been TikTok or Instagram judging by the steady sliding of her thumb. She never looked up from her phone, much less acknowledged me in any way, as I grabbed about 10 napkins out of the dispenser for each leg of my trousers, wiped them off, threw the sopping wet napkins in the bin, repeat for other leg, more for my boots, then grabbed about 20 more to go, in order to minimize the damage to my car's interior. Another cursory glance towards our barista... nope. Still scrolling on her phone, no more than 6 feet away from me. I left the shop without a word and went to make the best attempt to clean my carpet before the milk soaked in.Never again.

Really disappointing drinks. Two coffee based caramel fraps. Paid for extra caramel and literally got milky ice with some whipped cream.

Although this can get very busy at times the staff are really efficient, so the speed of service is at minimum what you would expect but generally fast. The quality of the coffee served is consistently good. The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and I’ve never been overly impressed with the drinks, however, the staff have always been friendly. Today I went and they completely messed my order up, the girl at the till was so rude. When I asked for a receipt (knowing the order was wrong), she sighed and said “oh my God.” She had the worst attitude ever and I was shocked with the way she treated me. If I had that attitude in my job I would have been pulled into the office and given a good telling off. They need to train their staff in customer service.
