Subway - Switch Island in Sefton

I think the food standards are dropping in subway. The bread is not as fresh as it use to be, which is very disappointing.

Poor quality sandwich. No hot drinks no cookies

Went to dunningsbridge subway this morning to be told they don’t do breakfast, even though it’s on their menu online, serves by a girl with an attitude as big as herself, when we said it’s ok we were after a breakfast we walked away and she commented go somewhere else thenDisgusting service and rude staff won’t be visiting there again

Very shocked not able to get a hot drink at 7.10pm, very disappointed...

Subway... cheap, cheerful and tasty. It was not to busy so didn't wait to long for get our food

Awful experience. Wrong bread, not toasted, extra items paid for not added. Most of order missing. Diabetic child taken insulin on the basis of food being deliver d and now clambering to substitute carbohydrates Tried to ring and all they do is pick up and hang up. Never had a such a bad experience with subway beforeEdit - giving an extra star. Had to drive to"restaurant" to ask for my missing food. Order was fixed by manager who was very helpfuland apologetic nd made well. Just a shame it couldn't have been done right the first time

Poor. Service was slow. Staff didn't knwo the menu. They hadn't a clue about current promotions. They had no nacho chicken. Sub order was wrong. Sub was remade, then when handed to through the window - half the butty fell out.Will be giving this particular Subway a wide birth until the staff have had further training!

Had to wait a long time in the drive through queue, even though I was only 1 of 3 cars in the queue. They had hardly any stock in, so couldn't get half the order i wanted. One of the wraps that i ordered was supposed to be cheese and toasted and it wasn't. So not a very happy experience at all sadly

Three stars only for the food, no stars for customer service. The lady who made my food she was wearing a mask and gloves but the boy who is helping her to make the order was not wearing a mask at all and conently talking. I am really disappointed and I am not going to Subay anymore.

It was quite busy over the lunch period but the staff kept things moving and we were served without undue delay. The salad I purchased was fresh and well stocked with a good variety of salad items. There are are ladies and gents toilets which are kept clean and tidy. There is plenty of indoor seating and outdoor seating too when the weather permits.
