Subway - Thornton in Sefton

Wow what fantastic customer service, so knowledgeable and efficient. Tom take a bow young man . So much better since the old lady has left , Trish i recall her name being. She had a huge chip on her shoulder for some reason and the atmosphere when she was in store was unbearable. So glad to see she has gone. I will be back visiting more often now.

Went to get a sausage breakfast and coffee. The lad behind the counter was very helpful and sorted me out with the butty to a T. Sound amount of caramel in the coffee to. Great lad! 31/08/2021 10:30am

The older lady who works there is fantastic. She's so welcoming and food is great. The younger staff could learn a lot from her as they are ignorant and have zero customer service skills. The only criticism is get the younger staff to actually speak to the customers instead of grunting at them. Promote the older lady as she's a superstar. Sorry I didn't see her name badge or I'd of used her name

Just had probably the worst subway I have ever had, half the bread was uneatable and now gone for the cookie and it is rock solid, every time I go to this franchise the is always an issue, if it’s lack of supples or broken machines the always seems to be an issue

A very long hair in my tuna sub never again. Absolutely disgusting. Needs environmental health out.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Subs taste great and they put alot of salad on. Love this place and very highly recommend it.

Good version of Subway. Had a coffee and 6 inch sub each for £3.10. Food nicely prepared. Very welcome stop in an area almost bereft of coffee shops. Toilet clean.

This is a decent subway that's always clean and with friendly staff, can't help but feel like you could be served quicker though which usually leads to a queue.
