Lovely place. I've actually been here a couple of times but it really has grown on me. On the surface it looks like a small European beer pub, but as you get to know it it's a place with a massive range of proper European and worldwide beers in quaint Birkdale. The owner manager is on hand to help figure out your next beer and you can drink delights from3% all the way to 15%+.So, as I said, it's got depth and is more interesting the more you get to know it. Go visit but try the exotic beers. If you walk home you haven't taken my advice...

Good food but no alcohol free beer.

Great selection of beers and a nice welcome. Nice sitting area in front with 2 tables near the entrance and 4 tables in the sun. A pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

A lovely warm welcome, good choice of coffee served to the table with a smile, dog biscuits offered to our little dog, what a nice relaxing place to come , nice fresh toasted teacake ,looks like it's going to be a favourite place to visit 👍x

Great little beer and coffee house. Fab service. All the Belgian beers you can ask for.

Friendly folk and excellent on tap beers. Would have eaten there too if there had been any left. It was Friday night however so not surprising in a good bar.

Fabulous Plum Porter there. As always, it is a very nice place to sit, chat and enjoy a quality beer.
