The Great Mogul in Sefton

Had a meal here with my wife, we both had a curry. Food was tasty, atmosphere in pub was very chilled and relaxed. Staff were polite & attentive, would certainly recommend a visit.

We were 40 minutes early for our table and despite the whole place being packed they still managed to find us a table and provide a fantastic meal. Some good and different choices on menu. Will be going back.

Good selection of beers and really good value food menu.

Close to Maghull Station and the local busses, this is well worth a visit. Quality food and excellent value for money. "Light Bites" on the menu, for those with a smaller appetite.A pleasant, clean environment with friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Good real ales as well (added bonus) plus Beck's Blue as a non-alcoholic option. As a Greene King Pub I'm surprised they didn't have the low-alcohol "Old Speckled Hen", which for many would be a better option! One for them to consider perhaps?

Beautiful meals, great value under £12 including coffee and a coke. Lovely friendly service a pleasure to have a spur of the moment lunch out with a friend. Thank you.

Charming location, good atmosphere but the waitress seemed annoyed to have to help us. She just threw the menus on the table, said “there you go” and walked away! I got the Chicken Tikka my sister got the 1/2 lb Cheese Burger. We weren’t impressed enough with the food to make up for the unfriendly service.
