Service behind the bar is useless.The staff have no idea who is to be served next.On the plus the food and ale are good,but only if you are lucky enough to get served.I waited 20 mins while everyone around me got served then I gave up and went home for a dessert and a whiskey

Really lovely meal treat from a friend ,piping hot, tasty,lovely service and left us to chat long after meal finished. Lovely place.

The food was quite good and the service was ok,what spoilt it for us was no atmosphere,like eating in a staff canteen and it was freezing cold.wont go again.

Staff are great very accommodating. Food came out hot, tasty & spot on. We asked for changes to the menu which were fulfilled without a problem by the lovely staff. A special mention to the lady with the mermaid hair, she's amazing xxx

Good service and friendly staff.Rare sirloin steak and mixed grill were both cooked as requested, soup was tasty with a generous portion of baguette, but scampi was very average.Would have preferred bottles of sauce not plastic single serve portions.Reasonably priced food and drinks.

The atmosphere is great! On Fridays you can go and enjoy the quizzes, good music and you can find a good variety of beers! It's a nice and clean place to have a good time!

Well run, attentive staff, good food and well-kept ales at competitive prices. The addition of theGarden areas and covered Covid safe forecourt is a bonus.
