Lovely coffee, cake was amazing and staff very friendly will definitely call again

Great staff. Nice ambience and lovely to sit outside if sunny.

It could do with a make-over as it is looking stale. My wife says it was her favourite cafe with lovely helpful staff.

Love it. Friendly staff, decent coffee, even the decaff, and the place is always warm and clean. Upstairs is quiet and cosy.

I came into cafe Nero on new year's Day, they were the remains of two salads in the cabinet not looking at their best.Today the 3rd of January I called in again those same salads were still there looking the worse for wear!!. Plus the pastries looked equally unappetising.I can only imagine there have been there for a fair amount of time.I certainly will be avoiding returning.

If you’re going to go to a chain coffee shop, this is the best in Kendal, the upstairs seating is cosy:)

The staff at the Kendal's Nero are great! I always enjoy my time there when I'm in need of a lil bite to eat and a cuppa tea.

Friendly staff that are actually happy to see customers coming in. Went twice while visiting Kendal and both times spot on with both service and quality. Lovely chap even went as far as recommending Vegan products to my wife that's Vegan. Would go again next time we come up north!

So stopped here in the morning for a coffee and was greeted by really happy friendly staff. One especially Carl. Helped us out so much finding us things to do for our time away in Liverpool. Highly recommend this place. The coffee was boss!!
