Burger King in South Lakeland

The order was correct which Mcdonald's can't seem to master.Staff friendly and helpful when wrong drink was ordered. Ate in the restaurant which appeared clean, no complaints.

Adequate. Nice fries (much better than McDs). Quick service. Toilet was dirty and stunk. Drink machine a bit grubby. Table was clean though.

Friendly staff and well cooked meal. Inside could do with brightening up and made to look a little more modern. But food and staff excellent

Me and my son popped in to get him some food and I used the disabled toilet. It was.absolutely totally unclean. Urine all over the toilet seat and all over the floor. Where are the cleaners and standards?

Rating 2 because it was absolutely filthy.Tables needed a good scrub and as for the toilets they are a disgrace, grime and the strong stench of stale urine.There is no excuse for this other than laziness because the place was empty and it was early in the day so was obvious they haven't had a clean in days.Manager needs to be delegating some housekeeping or doing it themselves.Food was fine as always and the young girls serving Courtney and Abbey were lovely and helpful.

Fresh food and fast friendly service. All meals were accurate and good value. I would recommend downloading the burger king app too see what vouchers are available - there are some very good deals.

I cannot fault my visit yesterday evening.Pretty good customer service. Friendly, efficient and the place was clean.The burgers were great.Well done.

Staff are wonderful & friendly, food is usually great and good drinking options from the machines. Prices are good if using the vouchers, otherwise expensive. Occasionally fries are dry and hard and the place could be kept much cleaner, the floor is always dirty.

I took my granddaughter for a treat. She wanted to order herself and pay herself. The guy that took her order was amazing with her he was very patient and answered her every question to a standard the she would understand and they both had a laugh and was joking around. He really made her feel at ease and the food was good to.

Very kindly staff but food was abysmal. The steak Angus was a complete waste of money...dry, tough and tiny. Not a patch on McDonald's.
