An absolutely charming cafe on the second floor of the Ambleside climbing centre, great vibe and some wonderful views of the surrounding fells. The coffee and soup is outstanding!!

Watch the climbers or find the table with a view across Ambleside. Friendly staff, good array of treats. Tea was very nice. Toilets need a refresh, a little manky.

So brought my children to the climbing wall for a lesson and popped to this cafe whilst I waited Wow I was not disappointed I sat next to the floor to celling glass wall watching the climbing whilst having a lovely coffee so nice after the climb I brought the children up for lunch! We again where not disappointed all home made and the lemon crumble slice was the best I’ve tasted so good I took one away with me! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great food and drink. Fast and friendly service and great value for money. Well worth the short walk from the town centre. Give it a try you won't be disappointed

Had lunch here today (7/11/13) and it is a great place. Good atmosphere, friendly owner, delicious food and good value. One of the best places in Ambleside and worth trying just to find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
