Charcoal Grill in South Lakeland

We ordered some food, we paid £28 for the smallest portions. We got ripped off by the portions. We got one just a burger, Istanbul kebab, small donner all for £28. The Istanbul kebab is ridiculous. You can eat as a family at nandos for that price or less. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention I wasn’t happy with the service they provided me. The old man was screaming in our faces and not having any of it when we asked for a refund or discount bearing in mind we didn’t even touch the food.

Would be amazing if they got gluten free pizza's and burger buns

Food was actually lovely BUT The old guy working the tills actually robbed me. I asked for the chicken strips, chips and drink meal for £7.50 and extra portion of chips for my girlfriend. He charged me £8.50 but when I got back to the room he'd put a few chicken strips in one box and some chips in another and not out my drink in. Don't trust them

Had a really good experience with an employee outside the shop that was quickly resolved and he was very kind. Credit where credit’s due, they have a lot of integrity.

Terrible customer service ,rip off prices ,£2.50 extra for salad with a kebab ,miserable staff !whole place is basically a dump and no wonder the place was empty !!!As you will see I rarely write reviews so this is how strongly I feel about this awful establishment!!!

Life saver!! Just what you need when you've had one too many and only a kebab and a pizza and some fries and possibly a cheese burger will do 🤣🤣

Absolutely wonderful!!! Solid 5/5. I’ve eaten kebabs in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Pakistan and many in London, and this is one of the best.Was a bit skeptical after the 3.6 rating (at the time of this review) but seeing it was the only place open late, we had no other option.Ate a chicken sheesh and chicken tandoori. The chicken itself was delightfully succulent, paired beautifully with pickled veg and garlic and chilli sauce. The naan it came wrapped around was also soft and delicious. Had great burps on the walk back to the hotel.Really strongly recommended. Nothing extraordinary but it will not disappoint- cannot speak for burgers/pizzas though.

They are all thefts always check you’r order s Today we order 3 naaan with carpool special and four burgers but they only put one kebab with one naan . We tried to call but they line where busy . Shame on them .

We are staying at a local hotel and we asked for a chicken burger meal and a cheeseburger meal. However the burgers themselves were apparently ok for delivery but the meal version were only for collection.... They said they cannot deliver the meal version but can deliver the burgers alone.... So we said ok we will have only the burgers so they could deliver to which they said... We have to meet the £15 minimum to get the delivery. As you can imagine, we said wanted the meal version of the burgers which would have taken us over this limit. This made us laugh at the idiocy of the rules to which the staff member said "ok bye" and put the phone down on us.No idea how the food is but that's how good the service.

Really good food and service the food is HALAL too which is great!! That's what we were after halal .. note some of the pizzas are not halal because of pepperoni etc.
