Visited twice. Great soups and sandwiches. Staff are pleasant. 6 or so tables outside with plenty inside. You can hear the sound of the babbling brook opposite. Worth a detour to call in.

Stumbled across this place after being diverted. Such character and super friendly staff. Really different with the best soup, sandwiches and cakes. Lucky find!

Absolute gem most delicious carrot cake this very well travelled guy has ever had...worldwide😊😊😊 Lovely staff and dream country setting couldnt wish for more makes my day.

We found this hidden gem and put it on our regular place for lunch. Don't hesitate you won't be disappointed so good. The food is very inventive and freshly made. Try Jo Jo's Piccalilli worth the trip.

Service with a smile and a fabulously presented sandwich.......A delight.

Friendly staff. Very relaxing and really scrumptious food.

Absolutely gorgeous meal. Fantastic service and cakes to die for. Definitely going back x

Lovely place, unfortunately only there for takeaway (due to lockdown). Got a lovely selection of homemade cakes, looked as good as they tasted. The chocolate orange tiffin was the best I've ever tasted (and I eat a lot of tiffin!). Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back when it reopens.

A lunchtime cycling stop. A nice healthy menu with a good choice of cake 😋

Love at First Bite (ex-Dusty Miller's): it's a bit like the scene in 'When Harry Met Sally' where, after observing the expressive gasping and 'heavy breathing' at the table, the woman says "I'll have what she's just had!"... It'll be like that when you have the simplest of meals or snacks here! It's a lovely place, tastefully decorated, and with paintings and such scattered about in a relaxing way. Perfect. Why go to a 'corporate eatery' when you can come here and wallow in its cozy atmosphere and dine on real, simple, beautiful, food? Set in a beautiful 'valley', with a babbling stream in the carpark, and a crumbling castle a short walk away. If it was possible to give 6* out of 5...I would! I have!
