Poor quality food. I had to bin my food I could not finish it the quality was awful. Will not be returning again

If you have the patience to get past the rude and arrogant service on the phone then what you will end up with is below par like warm slop. Avoid at all costs!

·

Really not very good. Even for a kebab shop. Not surprisingly, I won't be returning!I ordered a doner kebab with garlic sauce and a garlic bread with cheese (yes, I like my garlic). What I got was a doner kebab with chilli sauce and a garlic bread with no cheese. The garlic bread had a hair in it and the kebab was really unpleasant even by doner kebab standar

Great food, lovely staff always reasonably priced.

Pretty naff to be fair. Ordered a meat feast calzone. It had less meat in than a veggie burger... the flavour was OK and it was well cooked and nice to eat but absolutely no substance.....

·

Had the Kebab from here and to echo a previous comment had to take time off work due to food poisoning. Usually great from this place but I have no idea what has happened on this occasion.

Overall good place to get a pizza or kebab, have visited quite a few times, sometimes it's good sometimes it's awfull, the last time I got a chicken kebab I found a short black hair in my salad, instantly put off.None of the staff members seem to be wearing gloves or even a facemask which is somewhat off-putting.

·

Old chips, dry kebab, overdone pizza, watered down garlic sauce, definitely NOT fresh ingredients. Such a shame used to be our favourite place to eat but seems to have gone downhill recently.

·

Nice food with a lot of cheese. Flames is very famous at the students of the boarding school. It is the best Pizza you can buy around Heversham but you can buy a much better Pizza in other citys.

Last went about 3 months ago and what a difference for the worse. Overcooked mozzarella sticks, chicken wrap with a small amount of chicken and salad and all soggy as garlic mayo seemed to be watered down. Had better at McDonald's for £1.99 and this was £5! All food cold so had to reheat. Staff all seemed fed up and didn't feel welcome. Such a shame as usually much better than this. Hope for an improvement if I visit again.
