5 stars is not enough for this place, Ive worked and owned Fish and chips shops for 15 years, this place is one of the best in the country.The fish is so nice it just breaks and melts away with the lovely batter... the veggie selection is also great, tasty halloumi and chips with curry sauce.... Im from down the Midlands and this is one of the best places ive been too, well don

Fish and chips were good but be prepared for a long wait. Relatively quiet six staff and still took ages. Electronic bleepers that go off at random. Organisation bit of a shambles.

Best fish and chip in England full stop. I can't eat anything else now... 😂 The fish is so fresh and flaky and tasty. Friendly staff and quick turn around. Frydays everyday!

Stayed in Kendal for one night so grabbed a takeaway. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. We had possibly the best fish & chips ever, freshly cooked with really light batter. Just brilliant.

One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! The food here is outstanding! There are never any scraps of chip left over and they have a range of condiments! Across the road New Road Common provides a great place (or should I say plaice) to enjoy your magnificent meal! A range of refreshments are also available and the service is usually quick!

Fantastic food! Fish was delicious and the batter was perfect. Chips were amazing, as was the homemade tartar sauce. Food was ready for the collection time we were given. First class customer service and food, well done to all the staff. Would highly recommend
