Heidi's of Grasmere in South Lakeland

Visited Heidi's Cafe the other day (for the 2nd time) Great service and friendly staff. Lovely cakes and the latte the new (guy) barista made us was the best I have had and believe me I've been to a lot of coffee houses. ☕️

Stayed at Heidi's a couple of years ago and would highly recommend it as the location, rooms and service are exceptional.Always make a point of stopping by if in the area for tea, cake or a meal in general. Never had a bad experience.

Fantastic sandwiches, too big to manage without knife and forks. Great service, punctual and polite. Deserve 5 stars

We must of caught Heidi on a bad moment, we walked in soaking wet on a rainy day asking for a table for 4 and were bluntly told there was no space goodbye. No thoughts of would you like to wait outside for a table, just no.We walked 2 minutes up the road to a lovely warm welcome at Emma’s Dell who was also very busy, we waited outside and within 5 minutes had some gorgeous cake, crepes tea and coffee and it was a joy to spend our time and money in Emma’s, Heidi’s staff could learn some customer service from Emma’s.

OMG what a lovely Cafe, very friendly, great menu. Decor is spot on, really enjoyed our coffee in tranquil surroundings. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in room 4 of Heidi's Lodge, absolutely beautiful, rustic beams and quirky, immaculate, will definitely be returning. Xx

We arrived early and had a great lunch at Heidi's Cafe which is below the B and B. 10% off if staying in B and B. After lunch we got our room (1) early as it was ready. It's on the front on the first floor. It's a large room with en suite and a large roof terrace. £120.00 per night for two with breakfast. It's served in the café between 8 and 9 am. Fruit juice, cereal and yoghurt followed by a great hot breakfast. The staff are very friendly and efficient

Lovely little cafe in the centre of Grasmere . Staff are friendly and welcoming and the dog got a treat as well. Service was quick and efficient. Good selection of snacks and meals and some great cakes . Often start or finish a walk in Grasmere and this cafe fitted our needs perfectly. Will definitely visit again.
